Linda M.I felt safety was an issue. Security seemed lax. From doors to the cond building stayed open all night. However the weather was beautiful and location was great
The building was under construction and there were many workers around. However the condo was clean and the location was great. The workers had the large pool partially roped off on the ocean side so you could not be at the pool and experience the ocean effect. This was disappointing as the company had assured me this large pool would be open and usable

I highly recommend staying in unit 1002. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as the unit was updated, and extremely clean. We enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella service included in our stay, especially since it was just the two of us on this trip. The location is close to grocery stores, restaurants and pier park. We enjoyed walking over to Pineapple Willy’s for a quick lunch and strolling the beach. Our hosts Kelly and Farah were great in being in communication with us. We will be back in the future!
