DavidCheerful Rentals is who we stay with when we are at Bradenton Beach. We live be the little cation near the Cortez Bridge because restraints and shopping are in walking distance and it is still very quiet. Staying with Cheerful is like staying with friends.

TrinaLoved the location! Walking distance to Bridge Street (the Daiquiri Bar!!) and our wonderful excursion to find dolphins. We truly loved the amenities and the well-equipped kitchen. My husband and I spent less than a week in this wonderful place but we will be next year to enjoy a little more time. A big thank you to Jeff and Shandra for their hospitality and communication. Truly a CHEERFUL vacation!

Margaretfantastic beach getaway, close to bridge street, the beach and still quite. location is fab Positive: what a fantastic location, a short walk to bridge street and to the beach, very handily had beach equipment and a trolly for us to take it to the beach. Negative: only thing was the stairs to the apartment - which might be an issue if you were older

LisaThis condo was amazing! Nicely decorated, all the necessary items to make our stay a pleasure. They even offered all the "stuff" to have a lovely day at the beach (towels, umbrella, chairs, and more). Although we didn't spend much time at the pool it too was perfect! Location was PERFECT!! My husband has been ill and undergoing treatment and it was a easy walk for him to go to the beach and to some local restaurants so there was no need to get in the car!!! Even had an opportunity to meet Jeff!! I would highly recommend!!!
