- The refrigerator and freezer does NOT have an ice maker, so you'll either need to supply bags of ice, or use our detached ice maker and wait for ice cubes to be made.

- Fully furnished with professional air hockey, large basketball pop-a-shot, and classic arcade games including side by side Fast & Furious Tokyo Drift, also Ice-Ball machine.
- Beautifully themed and hand painted Minions designs, and fun LED lighting.

Pacman Gaming Room:
- Furnished with comfortable gaming chairs and a large smart gaming TV, with the Nintendo Switch plus expansion pack.
- Included games are online with the Switch classic games expansion pack bundle, but you can bring your own if you'd like.

Covered patio and enclosed pool deck area:
- Completely enclosed, minimal bugs and mosquitos

POOL/SPA HEATING FEE = $40 per day, and must include your entire stay.
- Must be added to reservation prior to arrival.
* Pool disclaimer: Although we will set the pool/spa temperatures to 86-104, no specific regular pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer.
* The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 50-60°F in December to March depending on the weather.
* The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.
* Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service. We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs.
* In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.

POOL WEEKLY SERVICE:
Our pool is serviced once a week to ensure the PH is just right for our guests! Please do not be alarmed if you see someone on the patio checking or servicing the pool. Service days are typically on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Emerald Island Resort Amenities and Clubhouse:
This private gated resort includes outstanding facilities, including a lakeside beach clubhouse featuring a large resort-style swimming pool with tiki bar, relaxing lounge chairs, fitness center, mini golf, tennis and basketball courts, playground and more, providing enough entertainment without having to leave the community.

- All trash must be placed in trash bags, and then in the bin by the front door. Any loose trash found in cart will incur a $50 fine.
- DO NOT leave doors and windows open. Florida is hot, the a/c will stop working and you'll have insects, or lizards visiting you indoors
- Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests.
- To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms, or loft area.
- No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and owners who are allergic to animals.
- No parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. Be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors.
- No tape, adhesives, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc.
- Remotes controls must be left in the rooms they belong to.
- Remove any leftovers from the refrigerator or any other personal belongings.
