Our luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa has all of the upgrades you need to make it your home from home.

The Villa is south west facing so you can watch the sun go down whilst relaxing over a nice drink, or two!

Area Information

We are ideally situated just off US Highway 192 only minutes from International Drive.

Our closest shopping mall is The Loop which is just minutes from SunSet Villa, you can do all your shopping or just take in a movie. Though this is our closest retail park there are other outlets that are a short drive from us.

There are plenty of local shops, restaurants and gas stations on US-192 with new ones coming all the time.

There is also a Public and WalMart Supermarkets as well as Walgreens (pharmacy) and a 7-11 store.

The brand new Posner Point Retail Park opened in Spring 2008 and is situated at Junction-55 of the I-4 Freeway. This multi-million dollar retail park boasts some big brand names such as:-
