Unique Benefits

You’ll have the whole, detached house on your own save for the owner’s closets. The pool was recently resurfaced w/ the addition of a saltwater system & privacy screens. All the carpeted areas have been changed to luxury vinyl planks.

Why Kids Love It

We’ve stocked the place with lots of books and games for the kids to enjoy! There’s a game room with classic arcade games, fooseball, & pingpong. Rooms are themed to their familiar & favorite characters. The place is close to all the theme parks like Disney World, Seaworld, Legoland, Universal, including Epic Universe that’s set to open on May 22!

Attractions Within Walking Distance

The Clubhouse is just a short walking distance away! Enjoy complimentary access to all the amenities it can offer including but not limited to the big pool with a slide & waterfalls, grotto spa, splash area, theater, fitness center, sauna, basketball, tennis/pickleball, beach volleyball courts, & kid’s playground. You can also purchase food & drinks in the bar & grill. If you need to buy some stuff, the market & cafe is just there as well! There’s also an arcade & business center.

Inside Scoop

I really hate to say this but if you are going to the theme parks & you’re just here for days, you will need to buy a Fast Pass or whatever that park’s equivalent of said privilege. It is just more efficient that way & will give you the possibility of optimizing your time, believe me! I don’t think lining up for hours (especially with kiddos) just to enjoy minutes of a ride is what you came there for. With a Fast Pass, you’ll increase the chances of riding everything in that park!
