Seas the Day! has a well-stocked kitchen, dining seating for 12 and island bar seating for 5, offers beds to sleep 13 (see details below), a private pool (heated in cooler months) and all the beach toys to make your time memorable, including: golf cart (optional fee), kayak, paddle board, chairs, umbrellas, life jackets, etc. Just load up and bring your anticipation, because Seas the Day! will become your favorite CSB getaway in no time!

Each bedroom has a 43” smart TV to access all your favorite apps, with an Expanded Cable package on all TVs.
Outside you will find an enclosed shower on the pool deck, a picnic table and garage with a kayak, paddle board, beach/fishing carts and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. The private pool offers fun for little ones with a small baby pool, a larger pool for confident swimmers and poolside furniture to watch all the fun. The back patio has a charcoal and gas grill, perfect for the catch of the day or fresh seafood you picked up at the local shop.
Location, location, location...
On the sought after "northern end" of the Cape, the Seagrass subdivision is a self-contained area with a large oval street that children and adults can ride bikes, walk dogs or just stroll through the area without having to cross or be along side any roads. You can access the beach from the Seagrass private boardwalk without ever having to cross any main streets. Hop on the golf cart, if you prefer not to make the short 2-block walk. Seagrass offers a communal pool as well.

*PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- There are three sets of stairs totaling ~34 steps. If you have a health or mobility issue, the stairs will make it difficult to enjoy your time at Seas the Day.
- The golf cart cannot be taken outside the Seagrass subdivision per City of Port St. Joe ordinance against golf carts on roads/highways. While there is a $300 beach permit to drive on the beach for non-residents, it does not have "beach" tires -- it's a golf cart. It is for getting coolers, chairs, umbrellas, paddleboard, etc. to/from the beach ONLY, which is extremely helpful with the "Leave No Trace" Ordinance enforced by Gulf County after sunset every day. Contact the owner with any questions. Renter assumes responsibility for ALL damage to the Golf cart.

Other Fee Information:
- Pet Fee is $150 for the first pet and $25 for an additional pet. No more than 2, well-behaved dogs under 65 pounds allowed.
- Cleaning and Linen Fee is $350
- Golf Cart Fee is $100 for the duration of your stay.
- Heated Pool Fee (November - April is $100 for the duration of your stay.)

Cape San Blas is a peaceful area with no high rises , hotels or resorts. The beaches have sugar white sand and are never crowded. The gulf is on one side of the Cape and the other side has the Bay. It is an absolutely beautiful area. There are restaurants in nearby Port St Joe, Indian Pass or Apalachicola. Activities include kayaking, fishing, horse back riding, hiking in the the state park which is less than a mile from this home.

We stayed for two glorious months with our dog Ellie. The location is perfect and an easy walk to the beach or a quick stroll around the neighborhood. The community quiet and well maintained.Seas the Day is wonderfully equipped. When we arrived, the house was spotless. The furnishings are comfortable and attractive. The kitchen is SO WELL EQUIPED. We love to cook. Nothing is lacking whether there are two of you or a crew.Although we haven't met Lisa, the owner, in person, all contact has been great. We are looking to return next year.

We had a great time playing with the grandchildren in the ocean. There was11 of us total. The house was clean an spacious. We chose it because so many could sleep at other places we looked at but could only sit 6 at the table. At Seas the Day the table could seat 12 so we could all eat together! Kitchen was well stocked. It was a short walk to the beach but we could load everything in the wagon that was there. We spent mornings and late evenings enjoying the balcony. It was 30 minutes to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay there again as a great time and many memories were made by all.

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
