Welcome to Coastal Comfort's hidden gem, located on the non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach. We are located directly on the beach and our pool looks over the ocean. Our condo has gone through an extensive renovation. Tile throughout ( no carpet flooring.) We've thought of everything (culinary pots, pans and utensils) needed to cook a great meal to having quality mattresses. High speed internet. Our condo offers 2 separate suites for your privacy. We chose to purchase this particular location of the building due to its private and quiet location. Sit on the pool deck and watch the waves come in to shore. If you stay awhile, you might see a pod of dolphins swim by. Close in proximity (30-45 min drive) to Daytona & Cape Canaveral. Space launches from are visible from the property. This is a peaceful area of NSB. Fit for families, Couples, or someone looking for a relaxing "get a way." We take great pride in maintaining the condition of our space. No Pets allowed in the unit. Unique Benefits

The bunk bed, in the front suite, has a queen sized bed on the bottom and a full on the top. Both are brand new mattresses. The ottoman in the family room opens up to a twin sized bed as well.
The renters closet offers additional beach towels, portable beach chairs, a boogie board, sand toys and a few other beach favorites.

Why Kids Love It

This Property is next to a beautiful public park. It offers playground activities as well as a full basketball court.

Our Private Pool area not only has a large heated pool but it also has a "kiddie pool." Tables and umbrellas on the deck. BBQ available at the pool house. Bathrooms are located in the pool house as well.

The private stairs behind the pool go directly down to the beach.

Area Information

"Coastal Comfort", is located in the Point East building. We are on the non-driving portion of the beach and just past the park located off of 27th Ave. The location is very peaceful and quiet and yet a short walk to the popular "Chase's On the Beach." We are located 2 miles South of Flagler Avenue, where locals and friends can enjoy walking through shops and dining indoors or out. There is a grocery store less than one mile in both directions, too. Parking passes provided upon request.
