Inside, the house has an elegant feel with beautiful tile floors throughout. The custom Italian-sourced kitchen is spacious with bar seating for 5 at the counter . Kitchen has stainless KitchenAid appliances and a separate beverage refrigerator near the pantry. The kitchen sink has a separate Reverse Osmosis (RO) water filter system and faucet for drinking water and cooking.
The living area has dual recliners, side seating, and a 75" Samsung smart TV with Comcast Xfinity. A separate dining table seats 6. This canal home has two bedrooms. The master has a king bed, a 65" smart TV, and an ensuite bath with walk-in closet, while the guest room has a queen bed and shared bathroom with glass shower. A separate den is currently configured as an office workspace. 16-ft sliders open completely to the lanai making the screened pool enclosure. feel like another room of the house. Separate laundry room has both a washer and dryer. Large fenced yard with corn hole setup. House has a large driveway for parking up to 4 vehicles with room to store your boat trailer.
Pool is heated and locked in at a max of 85 degrees during the winter months.
For boaters: Just a 10 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico! There are numerous Lee County boat launch ramps nearby to launch your boat then bring it to the property's spacious dock.

Beautiful renovated single story home listed as a 2 bedroom yet the room of a much larger house. Heated pool and boat dock right off back sliding doors along with view of the canal that boasts fish and the occasional dolphin are fabulous. Owners are caring and responsive to any need and the isolated neighborhood is extremely quiet. House configuration provides excellent privacy with a great fenced in yard and driveway able to handle a 36 ft boat trailer and cars. Iona is local to Fort Myers beach and cape coral by car or just a quick boat ride to the ocean or anchoring off Sanibel Island. Stayed the month and that was too short.

My wife and I stayed for the month of March 2025. We found the home to be clean, modern and well appointed. The pool/lanai area is perfect for relaxing outdoors.Many good restaurants/bars from basic to fine dining within a two miles. Walmart, Target, Walgreens and Publix grocery about the same distance. It's a short drive to Fort Myers Beach or Sannibel island.You'll find Chris your host to be friendly and accommodating.We didn't hesitate to book for next year already.
