I have stayed in AMI several times but this was our first adventure in Bradenton Beach. The home was literally walking distance to everything. The pier to fish the beach to relax and Bridge Street to shop and eat! Bradenton is busy but the home was quiet. Landscaping provides privacy for the pool and patio. Our family stayed and we had plenty of room for sleeping. The kitchen/dining/living room is smaller than pictures-but who wants to stay in and cook and hangout when there is a beach seconds away! And the patio has a large covered area, actually 2 for shade and rain! Also there were plenty of bathrooms and the downstairs bathroom by the pool was an added bonus. This is a basic beachside home but it checks all the boxes! The host was FANTASTIC-responsive and accommodating.

So this place was amazing! Clean, 4 big bedrooms, easily slept our family of 5 with room for more! We want to come back with friends! What you don’t see on the listing is just how amazing the location is! We didn’t rent a car and didn’t need to! Could walk to everything we could possibly want to do… and anything that was a little further away we just jumped on the free trolley that loops the whole island. We felt so safe, even let our teen kids go off on their own and explore. Perfect vacation!

Our stay at the beach house was wonderful! It was very clean and well decorated. It had all the essentials we needed, and more! The pool and hot tub were so nice and private. And it is in walking distance to the beach, a quaint shopping area, and nice restaurants I would definitely stay there again.

It's located within walking distance of all the best restaurants, shops and beach! Just a 5-minute walk to both sides of the island. And the house is really spacious—plenty of room for everyone. Large bedrooms with a central sitting area right next to the kitchen. It's a peaceful spot, with the pool completely surrounded by lush trees. We loved eating all our meals by the pool, with a great outside dining setup. We can't wait to come back next year! Can't recommend this place enough!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning paradise, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with pure coastal bliss—think sun-drenched rooms, breezy vibes, and decor that screams “relaxation station.” The space was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was great for whipping up family meals, and the outdoor area? Pure perfection for soaking up that Florida sunshine. But the real kicker? I loved it so much that I couldn’t resist rounding up my best girlfriends for a second trip—and WOW, did we have a blast! This house turned into our little slice of heaven for a girls’ getaway. There were a lot of things we liked about this house, but the location was absolutely perfect! We took a short walk to a different restaurant for lunch or dinner every day we were there.It was also a very short walk to the beach at the end of the street. I think we only got in our car twice the entire week!The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a day at the beach. Although it was close to everything it also felt extremely private and secluded with all the palms surrounding the pool and patio area.After 5 trips to AMI our family decided we finally found ‘our spot’.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home on Bradenton Beach! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from beach towels and chairs to a well-equipped kitchen that made family meals a breeze.The location truly can’t be beat—just a couple blocks to the beach, a couple blocks to the bay, and only a short walk to Bridge Street where we found great restaurants, shops, and live music. It was so nice being able to park the car and walk everywhere!Our kids loved fishing off the peer in the mornings and watching the sunsets in the evenings—it felt like we had our own little slice of paradise. The house itself was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out, comfy beds, and a cozy living area for movie nights after a long day in the sun. We especially appreciated the outdoor space for grilling and relaxing. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into making this a welcoming and family-friendly place.We made so many wonderful memories here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this spot to any families looking for a relaxing and fun beach vacation in the perfect location!
