About the Property
This is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo located in the Apollo beachfront condominium. It is on the south end of the Island at 900 S. Collier Blvd. @/4 south of the Marriott. The unit is located directly on the beach and has a GREAT view of the beach and Gulf. The whole west wall is a sliding glass door. Whether you are sitting in the living room or on the balcony the view is spectacular. You are directly on the beach and from the condo you have direct beach access. The condo has been updated with new granite counter tops and kitchen cabinets. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the couch pulls out to a queen size sleeper. The unit will accommodate 4 people. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen that includes stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and lots more. The unit is equipped with two flat screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The unit also has a DVD player. The condo is also comes with all linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach caddy to wheel everything to beach, beach umbrella, and kids beach toys (buckets, rafts, noodles, boogie boards). Some added amenities include hair dryer and binoculars. The unit has a balcony with table and chairs and the sunsets are amazing. The Apollo condo complex has a huge pool, whirlpool, workout room, covered parking, two tennis courts, and after hours security. The Apollo condo also has an excellent restaurant and bar called the Sunset Grille. The bar was voted best happy hour on Marco Island, Florida. I always start and end my rentals on a Saturday. Marco Island is a 4 x 6 mile Island south of Naples. The Island is 20 minutes south of Naples and 45 minutes south of Ft. Myers. The closest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport but Miami and Ft. Lauderdale are only 90 miles away. Within a few hours drive is Disney World and Key West

There is a $25 parking charge that the APOLLO collects and that is $25 for your whole stay regardless of length.
I always rent Saturday - Saturday
I also require a $200 refundable security deposit. Normal policy is $200 will hold the condo for you and I will then send you a receipt. Then 60 days before your arrival date I would require the rent payment. I will then send you keys, map of Island, information letter, and another receipt. Once you return from your trip, return my keys and I will send you your deposit back.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel before 60 days of arrival you get a full refund. If you cancel inside of 60 days of arrival you lose your rent UNLESS I re-rent the unit then you will get a refund

Convenient, well located and comfortable condo
We rented Condo 903 located in the Apollo at 920 S. Collier on Marco Island which directly faces the Gulf of Mexico. Excellent views of the beach and water. The sunsets were fantastic from the large balcony with nice patio furniture. A bonus is the great sunrise views from the bedroom window and unit entranceway. The unit was well furnished and included good kitchen amenities, lots of towels and extra bedding, a private secured wifi, and an excellent choice of TV channels.A separate private and secured storage locker adjacent to the condo entrance included a number of beach chairs, a large umbrella, coolers, boogie boards etc along with a folding cart. A laundry room is conveniently located on the same floor. Maintenance is readily available should the need arise.Included as well are two very convenient parking spaces-one of which is assigned in a covered parking garage. This makes parking very convenient for any visitors one may have. A gate pass system is utilized which eliminates any need for valet services.The Apollo has a very helpful staff and check-in and checkout is convenient.

Perfect Location On The Beach
The condo was great for two people with perfect location right on the beach. Great view from the balcony and had beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and coolers on hand for you to head right down to the beach! Owner's communication was great and very helpful. We'll definitely stay here again and we would highly recommend!

Our Best Marco Vacation
This was our fourth time staying at the Apollo. The condo is very clean and everything functions properly. The storage closet is loaded with all the beach gear you should need. The owner made the reservation and payment process a breeze. Security deposit refund was very prompt, which was a first for us. This was the third different unit we stayed in at the Apollo, but by far our best.

When your looking thru all the choices of places to stay it’s hard to know if the place you choose is going to live up to your expectations and be worth the money you spend, so my review is to let someone know that our stay at condo 903 Apollo was great. We didn’t need a great big place, so this was perfect. My wife and I enjoyed the views, the closeness to the beach, having all the beach stuff already there, the king size bed, and how close we were to great places to eat. We had no issues the week we stayed. Air worked good and hot water as well. Thumbs up from Pat & Mary

Vacation in paradise
Marco Island has become our favorite vacation destination and we love it. Not only do we love the beaches, food and atmosphere, but we love the accommodations at the Apollo. We have rented from several different owners in the past, but once I rented from Spartydad, there was no comparison. Everything we could have possibly needed was in the unit, including everything we needed for the beach. Really great to know that if we left something at home that we knew we wouldn’t have to purchase it because it was going to be there. Owners work hard at insuring your stay is memorable. Wouldn’t want to rent from anyone else. A truly enjoyable experience.

This was a reschedule trip due to Hurricane Irma and I cannot say enough about working with Dave, the owner. He was wonderful in assisting me rebook, with no additional fees. The condo is very comfortable and has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Looking forward to doing business with him again.
