Extraordinary Stay

Entered condo suite at 3pm w with a beautiful glittering ocean right in front of me the site was phenomenal.. immediately immediately got settled fast and went down to the beach and that was our welcoming to this day for 21 days at Apollo condo. This place was the most perfect place in 7 years of coming to Florida that I stayed wake up every morning with the glistening beach in front of you and enjoy your coffee in the morning on the porch and get ready for the day I must have at least one time to doreen's cup of joe that place is great and my grandson absolutely loves that place now too it's his favorite and then would come back and get ready for the beach and that was the day till about 4:00 and then we went out to the pool till about 7:00 and take a nice nap in the breeze and then come up and get ready and go to eat or else just make dinner in the condo that suite was absolutely awesome a must you must go to Marco Island brewery favorite of ours and where I had a wonderful birthday dinner and a few drinks we also went to Joe's Joey's Pizza and had wonderful pizza large pizza and two melting huge subs we ended up taking food back to our conda but that was like our snack for the next day The evening was beautiful too come in and watch the sunset it was perfect and watch people collect shells and fish and have to let you know that Santa Claus was there the whole time Mrs Santa Claus came out on the beach every day and gave out presents and took pictures and come to find out that they were hard on these they were an exclusive piece of a shell special cells they put a hole in it and put a really nice rawhide rawhide necklace part on for the people very nice and gave the men candy canes everyday I was there for 21 days we enjoyed the ocean the peacefulness and the ocean and made up with lots of friends everybody was so wonderful and friendly there the staff at Apollo condo was awesome kudos to Tracy and Emily and Beatrice the whole place I could live in that place I can move from Pennsylvania and live in that suite everything was perfect it's just a matter of using the right key at the right place but once you get that system down there's no problem at all and even with the drain a drain problem that occurred thank you Dave for getting immediate help I think I left a message at like 12:00 and you had a plumber there at 5:00 kudos for the best help and clearance and from that on everything was just beautiful .. I got a five-star review best ever Apollo

Spectacular!!

We stayed in this unit for a month and enjoyed everyday day! The kitchen is equipped with high quality cutlery, dishes and cookware. First trip to Marco Island

My husband and I had a wonderful week in David's condo on Marco Island. The king sized bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and it was great to have all of the beach equipment for use. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! We enjoyed our morning coffee, as well as watching the sunsets with our evening cocktail, on the balcony. Dave provided info about the island, as well as some of the restaurants, which we appreciated, being that it was our first time in Marco. He responded very quickly when we had questions. Hoping to go back again next year.

A beautiful beach. An amazing view. An excellent condo property.

We stayed here in July 2023 and it was the perfect trip. The condo is located within a really nice up-scale neighborhood/residential part of the island. All the shopping, dining, and miscellaneous is just down the street if you need it. The condo and our neighbors were exceptionally quiet-very relaxing. With potential Florida heat, the AC of where I am staying is of the utmost importance to me; the AC in this condo is spectacular-no worries there. Really beautiful ocean view from the wall to wall window/sliding doors, or from the balcony. I also appreciated the easy, yet secure, beach access. Great trip, thank you!

Amazing Apollo!

Wonderful stay

We had such a wonderful week! The weather was perfect our entire stay. We enjoyed the view from the deck and the incredible sunsets every evening. Dave’s condo was clean and the bed was so comfortable! He has everything you need and is decorated nicely. We have stayed in another unit in the Apollo of Dave’s and wouldn’t hesitate to go through him whenever we visit Marco Island. He makes everything easy. Check in was quick and the building is very well maintained. Hoping to return next year as well and would rent any of the units that Dave has available.

Wonderful stay!

This was our first trip to Marco, as we usually travel to Sanibel. Though different, it was wonderful. This condo was perfect. You can see from the pictures that it is clean and spacious, but I assure you that the other important things that you can’t see are great too. There’s plenty of hot water. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need- we cooked there every night! It’s quiet at night, which is very important. The parking is close and convenient and the building is secure and safe. It is right on the beach and the pool is warm and clean. David is great to work with and is available if you have any questions. I highly recommend this condo for your Marco trip and we have already re-booked it for next year!

Great Vacation to Marco Island

Had been to Marco Island a few times before but never stayed directly on the beach. Myself and my fiancé loved our unit in the Apollo. The ocean view was great and the unit was perfect for what we needed. For a couple traveling the size of the unit and it’s location could not be any better. Would 100% book again if given the chance.

A vacation in Paradise

This condo is Beautiful with everything that you need. There are chairs, umbrella, noodles, a small cooler & a cart to carry it all to the Beach. The view from the 9th floor is Spectacular! My husband & I watched the gorgeous sunset from the deck every night. We had breakfast on the deck watching dolphins play in the water. Swam in the pool after riding our bicycles around the island each morning. The ocean was warm & calm. This condo is our new favorite place to vacation. The owners are accessible! They are so kind! If you want a vacation in paradise this is the condo for you!!

Apollo Condo Rental on Marco Island

I rented this condo on Marco Island in March 2021. The unit was exactly the right size for me and my husband. I really liked the snack bar area. It was perfect for storing food and snacks. The view of the gulf and the beautiful sunsets were awesome. Really enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the people on the beach and the beautiful sunsets. I’ve rented from Dave before and he’s always been so easy to work with. I only wish I could afford to go more often.

Marco Island Getaway

This was our 5th year renting at this location and we love it! Sitting on our balcony overlooking the gulf, watching dolphins...it just doesn’t get any better. Dave (the owner) supplies everything (except food) right down to everything you need to enjoy the beach! When we’re not soaking up the sun at the beach we’re enjoying the hot tub and pool. Quiet Escape

Such a quiet and peaceful paradise! You open up the front door and there is the ocean front view. Extended Lani which has seating for 10 and you could easily had another 6 and still have plenty of space.. The condo is nicely furnished with everything you need . You are literally steps to the beach and the heated Olympic side pool. My Husband swims laps every day and so enjoyed the pool every morning nice and warm!! The area had great restaurants and lots to see if your inclined . I do have to recommend the air boat ride with Captain Ryan through the Everglades .3rd generation fun ride and full of history, well worth the hour. So glad we had 3 weeks sad to leave !! Highly recommend.. Great Bar next door .

Great experience!

Really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful from beginning to end. I would book with him again with no hesitation. We booked a 2 bedroom last year and decided to downsize with this one bedroom. It was all we needed. Much needed sunshine

Loved it!

The whole process was EASY! From the booking, to getting keys, info about Marco Island, etc... The place was CLEAN and very comfortable. First day, owner saw us on the beach and saw one of our beach chairs that he provides and said he would get a new one. The one we had was very useable but had seen better days - next morning was a brand new chair! Loved the attention to detail!We will go back and we would if available rent again from this owner!We were right on the beach! The views of the water and sunset was AMAZING!!

This was a great place to stay on wonderful Marco Island!

The weather was cooler than expected for our January escape to Florida. But Dave's Apollo condo on Marco Island was perfect. Access to the beach was terrific -- when Mother nature was inclined to give us beach weather. And the view from the balcony couldn't be better for every other time. Getting around was also very convenient. On non-beach days, we had great day trips for air boat tours in the everglades and the mangroves. We also saw lots of alligators on a car-tour we took one day off of Hwy 41. We had a great trip our kids will always remember.

Dave's Apollo Condo

Number one place to stay on Marco island everything was perfect from the very clean condo to the breathtaking views. Onsite secure parking, friendly concierge, and secure access to our unit Everything provided for our stay including beach chairs, cooler, boogie board and a cart. Large master bed,and a comfortable sofa bed. On site restaurant and bar a plus. Owner is very accommodating and easy to work with.

Dave’s Apollo Condo

We stayed in Dave’s Apollo condo the middle of December, 2020 to January 2, 2021. It was great waking up at the beach and sometimes seeing the dolphins play in the mornings. One of my favorite things about this location is the beautiful sunset over the water. Also fun is having the Sunset Grill downstairs. The condo is equipped with everything you need! If you have questions or need something, the owner is super responsive! He also has a closet right outside the condo with nice beach chairs that you can carry like a backpack or put in the beach cart. There are also noodles for the pool and sand toys if you have young children. We look forward to staying again sometime! We have rented from Dave before and he is great to work with!

Fall Vacation

The pictures are just the way the condo looked. We have stayed in many places and this one is the cleanest place we have stayed. The mattress on the bed was great. (As both my husband and I have back issues and need to have a good bed to sleep in) The owner was wonderful to work with. Answered all of our questions, even called when we got down there to make sure everything was ok. Setting on the baloncy to eat our meals is something we enjoy, the table set was nice. Only thing on that is we wish the table set was higher to see over the rail top instead of having to look thru the railings or lean up to see over the top. Would definately stay there again, in fact we already have it reserved for next year.

Amazing condo at the Apollo

Amazing, comfortable and cozy condo. Right on the beach! Perfect for 2 people. Bed was very comfortable and condo unit had everything you needed to enjoy days on the beach-beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys. Kitchen was well stocked also for cooking. Best Kept Secret on Marco Island...Beautiful Condo on the Beach!

My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our two week stay at this amazing condo! The location cannot be beat - within steps of your front door, your toes are in the white sand. From the LARGE balcony you can watch the blue ocean waves and see the dolphins swimming. It is set up with a space for dining as well as laying out in the sun. The inside of the condo had anything and everything you might need while away. The kitchen was fully stocked, had beautiful updated cabinets and great counter space. The king bed was very comfortable and the perfect place to rest after a long day of playing in the pool, hot tub, and ocean. Dave has made every effort for you to walk in and instantly feel at home. As an added bonus is the rental also came with beach accessories - less things for you to pack! There are towels, a beach buggy to lug your stuff to the beach, chairs, cooler, boogie boards, sand toys, and an umbrella. The communication with the owner cannot be beat. Dave always responds the same day, many times within a few hours. If you are looking for a place to stay on Marco Island, this condo at the Apollo is for YOU! You will not find a better place to watch the sunset and enjoy a perfect vacation!!!

Beautiful location

This condo, located on the south end of Marco Island, has the most beautiful beachfront view. It was so nice and effortless to spend the day on the beach, stop to eat at the Sunset Grille right there on the first floor and then jump in the pool! We found some incredible shells, some of the best ones are in the dry sand well before you reach the water’s edge! Being the quiet end of the island, we were fortunate to see many dolphins playing, a manatee passed by us while we swam and the water was clear enough to see fish, shells and starfish on the ocean floor. It’s paradise. Dave was very accommodating, coin/card laundry is just a few steps away next to the elevator and parking is covered so your car is temperate when you use it.

Perfect Location

My husband and I stayed in Dave’s lovely condo in June 2020. It was a perfect location for us. The beach and pool just down the elevator from the 9th floor. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and although we don’t cook on vacation, the kitchen was adequately equipped for those who do cook. Dave also furnishes all the chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and pool toys you will need plus a beach cart to transport all this to the beautiful white sand. Sunset Grille downstairs was the best restaurant we found on the island. We would love to return to this lovely condo.

Fabulous

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. The owner kept in touch and even gave us a call to make sure we were happy. The location was perfect and relaxing. Every evening we would sit on the balcony and watch the sunset, we could not of had a better view. The restaurant downstairs was also very good. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Convenient, well located and comfortable condo

We rented Condo 903 located in the Apollo at 920 S. Collier on Marco Island which directly faces the Gulf of Mexico. Excellent views of the beach and water. The sunsets were fantastic from the large balcony with nice patio furniture. A bonus is the great sunrise views from the bedroom window and unit entranceway. The unit was well furnished and included good kitchen amenities, lots of towels and extra bedding, a private secured wifi, and an excellent choice of TV channels.A separate private and secured storage locker adjacent to the condo entrance included a number of beach chairs, a large umbrella, coolers, boogie boards etc along with a folding cart. A laundry room is conveniently located on the same floor. Maintenance is readily available should the need arise.Included as well are two very convenient parking spaces-one of which is assigned in a covered parking garage. This makes parking very convenient for any visitors one may have. A gate pass system is utilized which eliminates any need for valet services.The Apollo has a very helpful staff and check-in and checkout is convenient.

The condo was great for two people with perfect location right on the beach. Our Best Marco Vacation

This was our fourth time staying at the Apollo. The condo is very clean and everything functions properly. The storage closet is loaded with all the beach gear you should need. The owner made the reservation and payment process a breeze. Security deposit refund was very prompt, which was a first for us. This was the third different unit we stayed in at the Apollo, but by far our best.

When your looking thru all the choices of places to stay it’s hard to know if the place you choose is going to live up to your expectations and be worth the money you spend, so my review is to let someone know that our stay at condo 903 Apollo was great. We didn’t need a great big place, so this was perfect. My wife and I enjoyed the views, the closeness to the beach, having all the beach stuff already there, the king size bed, and how close we were to great places to eat. Vacation in paradise

Marco Island has become our favorite vacation destination and we love it. Not only do we love the beaches, food and atmosphere, but we love the accommodations at the Apollo. We have rented from several different owners in the past, but once I rented from Spartydad, there was no comparison. Everything we could have possibly needed was in the unit, including everything we needed for the beach. Really great to know that if we left something at home that we knew we wouldn’t have to purchase it because it was going to be there. Owners work hard at insuring your stay is memorable. Wouldn’t want to rent from anyone else. A truly enjoyable experience.
