As you are Welcomed into Crush's Crash Pad with beautiful living room with 2 couches and a Full size Massage Chair. Many guests say their family lines up for their turn in the chair. There is a dining room with marble table seating for 8. We have a desk with printer and guestbook,( paper included)
Through to the back family room there is an attached open Kitchen with table that seats 6. The back family room has another Massage Chair, 55" Roku TV with a large Blu-ray and DVD selection, 2 couches. + Off the family room is a laundry room with HE washer and Dryer. We offer complimentary laundry soap tabs and bounce sheets.

Kitchen has fully stocked supplies: Mickey Mouse crock pot, toaster, Mickey Mouse waffle maker. Ninja coffee maker, Keurig maker with cups to start, new dish set for 18, new silverware for 16, Mickey cake pan, plastic bowls, storage plastics, new copper chef cookware set, lots of pots and pans, Wine glasses for 12, plastic dishes for every day. Kids bowls and dishes, toddler cups and utensils, Ninja blender, hand mixer. There are 2 safes in the pantry closet to keep your valuables safe.
Pool area:
We offer one of the few villas to have pool hand rails into the pool and spa. Do you have mobility issues? This is one of our best safety features that we have put into place.
We have a Patio table for 6. 2 individual chairs and one small lounger. New patio furniture with TV on the wall to relax while kids play. Large supply of bath towels and Beach towels for the pool, 3 new loungers. Guest have loved relaxing on the patio to watch the sun rise over the lake, some have seen hot air balloons floating over the lake. Some guests have stated they love just hanging out and playing family games out on the patio table. Others love watching the kids play in the pool while enjoying a family movie.
Bedrooms:
1) Beach tranquility room: King size bed, sitting chair, closet, large ensuite bathroom, sunken bathtub and new rain shower.
2) Marine life room: King size bed, large dresser, chair from Polynesian resort.
3) Silver Screen room: King size bed, closet, bathroom, with shower, dresser.
4) Rapunzel room: twin over full bunk bed, dresser in closet, princess dresses and toys.
5) Crush's room: 1 twin bed and 1 full bed. closet with dresser and kids toys.
6) Disney Memories King size bed, dresser bathroom is just a short hallway walk.
There is a 42" Smart tv. in each king size bedrooms, and a 32"tv in both special children's theme rooms.

Above and Beyond Great Stay:
Wow. WE love Windsor Hills and have stayed before, but this was hands down the nicest house we had. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the features inside were a nice touch, great kitchen tools and not flimsy, and just perfect for our trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive both before and while we were on the trip. My kids loved the theming and the walk to the spray park and castle park were very easy. Also loved it was the first street from the entrance. We were far enough away to not hear anything and close enough for ease to get in and out of the community. The last night we even saw fireworks from the hot tub. We have stayed in houses before, the water pressure here was great, AC was great, all TVs had access and incredible library of DVDs for the kids and games. We had a blast and would absolutely stay here again!

The perfect spot for Thanksgiving;
We booked another property months in advance and 3 days before we left for the property, the owner cancelled on us stating damage from a recent storm. We found this property last minute and we’re so glad we did. The property was exponentially better than our original. The owners were fantastic about communication. I don’t just mean good, they were fantastic. I could tell from the minute I booked that they cared more about my family enjoying our time together than their own financial gain from the rental. (Not saying looking for the financial gain is bad, but when you do what is right by your clients, the financial gain will come.)
The accommodations were more than we could have hoped for. My sons lived in the game room for the week and the rest of us took turns moving from the massage chairs to the hot tub. The only minor issues that did arise were IMMEDIATELY!! addressed by the owner. The home had everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to, linens, towels, soaps, tissue etc.
As if this wasn’t enough of a glowing review, the owners felt bad about our previous booking being cancelled and made sure to have an extra treat there for us. It was true customer service. Book this one with confidence. You won’t be disappointed. Just don’t book it for any of the future times we plan on coming back.
We just want our guest to feel like they are truly in a special place where families can have fun making long standing memories with parents and grandparents and cousins and friends.

We offer a new keyless entry with a safety code that will give you contact free entry. The house also has a safety alarm on the patio door for young children safety. Pool safety fence has just recently been replaced, Pool alarm just needs to be pressed before you go out. Great safety for your children
Disclaimer: There are four RING cameras on the outside of the home: 1. at the door. 2. one over garage for the driveway.3. One on each side of the house overlooking our AC and pool heater equipment. This is a security feature to protect homeowners and guests from theft. There is NOTHING that's showing the pool area. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOME!
We have found it is a 7 min drive to Animal kingdom which is 2.2 miles away. Windsor Hills resort is Amazingly close to Disney parks. We have found the back route going Sherberth road can range from 2 to 9 miles, sometimes we have made AK in 7 min.
We have highly qualified Property management team at 1st for Orlando property management team. They are an amazing team of professionals who do a wonderful job helping our guests when they are at the house. There is overflow parking in the WH community lot with prior owner approval needed. If you have a third vehicle in your group, overflow parking may be found around the clubhouse area, the condos, and behind the sports courts on Comrow Street. Street parking is NOT permitted. Important: Three (3) vehicle limit per driveway per Windsor Hills Resort rules. Parked vehicles may not obstruct sidewalk or be parked sideways. We are unable to assist should a vehicle be towed, and any parking violations will be billed to the credit card on file.

We’ve just returned from our second holiday at Crushes Crash Pad (2024 & 2025), and once again, it was absolutely superb. Windsor Hill is a fantastic location, and the villa couldn’t be better placed — just a short 5-minute walk to the clubhouse.The villa itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need (and more!). The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the heated pool was the perfect spot to relax after a busy day at the parks or exploring the area.From booking to check-out, the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The hosts, Meta & Mike, were AMAZING — so kind, thoughtful, and attentive.We can’t recommend Crushes Crash Pad highly enough, and we’re already looking at 2026!

Crush's Crash Pad has everything you need, especially for a WDW vacation in August. The convenient location made Park-hopping easy as we were able to go to a Park in the morning, crash for lunch, pool and afternoon naps, and head back to the Parks in the late afternoon or evening. Having the luxury of a pool right outside the patio was great--no lugging the pool essentials through a hotel lobby and scrambling for a lounge chair. The house is spacious, immaculate, beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful details and well-stocked with everything from linens, pool towels and pool toys to a large assortment of cookware and dinnerware. Our hosts were gracious and their pre-arrival communications made our trip planning easy. We would definitely consider another visit and highly recommend to friends and family.

My family have been to Windsor hills many times and Crush’s Crash Pad is by far the best equipped house we have stayed in. It is in a great location overlooking the lake and within easy walking distance of the clubhouse. It is a lovely house, the beds are very comfortable, there were plenty of towels, toys, games and the kitchen was well stocked too. Meta was very helpful and easy to deal. This house will be my first choice from now on.

We had a great holiday at Crushes Crash Pad. The villa is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need (and more) to make your stay enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better, being within a short distance to the Theme Parks, etc.The home was clean, spacious, with a private pool, hot tub, game room, and access to the community water park, plenty to keep everyone entertained.The Owners [Meta and Mike] were brilliant, quick to respond to any questions/issues/concerns. They were so helpful in every way both prior to and during our stay. This was our fourth stay in Crush’s Crash Pad. Our hosts, Meta and Michael, were wonderful. They strive to make sure their guests are comfortable. They were very responsive to any questions I had before or during my stay. The home is very well equipped with all you need for an elegant dinner party. The large capacity washer and dryer are so helpful, especially being there with a large group. Everybody enjoyed the massage chairs. The children loved the Crush themed bedroom. They also liked having the game room to hang out and play in a room of their own. There are TV’s in every bedroom, the family room, game room, and even on the pool deck. I find the location to be very convenient to all the Disney attractions. In spite of the cold January weather we were able to use the heated pool at the house and the community pool. The resort also has a nice playground for the children. My family is already looking forward to our next visit to Crush’s Crash pad!

This beautiful house had everything you could dream up! If you are looking for a place that is close to Disney with everything you could possibly need for visiting Disney, this is the place. We had 5 adults and 2 kids for a week and the house was just what we needed. The amenities were plentiful, and they really have thought of everything, including little kits in the bathrooms with toothbrushes and toothpaste, which came in handy when we realized we left everyone's toothbrushes at home! The house is beautiful, and all the rooms are spacious and well decorated. The kid rooms were so fun - filled with books, toys and all kinds of stuff for the kids to play with. It was walking distance to the clubhouse and water park in the resort, as well as the playground. We enjoyed being able to relax in the backyard pool and hot tub on off days and the massage chairs were a huge hit after long days at the parks. Meta and Mike were super responsive and great hosts! Would recommend this house 100%.

We choose to stay at Crush Crash pad after reaching out to locals in our area and it being recommended by multiple people.Check in was easy and both hosts were so fast at communicating. There were lots of games and activities for kids and adults. The pool was the perfect size and we utilized all of the kitchen essentials. The clubhouse pool was warm but the kids activities and big slides were cold. I’m sure in mid summer they felt good but November it was a little to chilly.There was tons of space to spread out and all parks and entertainment were super close. We did Wild Willy’s Airboat tour, Gatorland, Magic Kingdom, and Blizzard Beach! Also close to the airport, about 30-45 min depending on traffic.We have already looked at when we want o go back and would like to stay here again!

This was our third stay at Crush’s Crash Pad. We are always excited to stay here because it feels like home. So nice to stay in familiar surroundings and exciting to explore the new additions to this beautiful home. They are always an upgrade to enhance your comfort. I noticed new showers in a couple of the bathrooms. Last visit it was the television on the pool patio. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. So nice to have the large capacity washer and dryer too. Meta and Mike are awesome hosts. They responded quickly to any questions before or during our stay. They checked in to make sure things were going well. Their attention to detail makes you feel like you are dealing with a good friend. We love having a pool right out the back door. It is only a short walk to the Community Pool and water park. The house is equipped with plenty of pool towels and pool toys. We can’t wait for our next visit which we have booked already!

We have rented this house a few times now and always have a great stay. We did have a small issue with the toilet but someone was out the next day to fix it and they apologized many times. Issues come up, it’s how they are handled that matters most. The service is great. Our favorite part is that they have everything you could need. So many kitchen appliances and the grill help a ton. We go for a couple weeks and we try to cook a good amount at the house. The pool is amazing as always too.

Our family of 12 including 4 kids and 8 adults had the best time at Metta's home for our 18 night stay. It was beautiful and had everything we needed even down to large fluffy pool towels! It was so clean that I felt like I was in my own home! The furniture and beds we so comfortable and we had more than enough plates, glasses, silverware and pots and pans to use. Not to mention the grill they provided made mealtimes very easy. Everyone was able to spread out because there is so much room. The pool was perfect and getting to view the waterpark from it especially at night was very nice. Our grandkids loved the waterpark and it was just a couple of minutes walk from the house. The only negative thing that happened is we had to leave!! But we will be back!!

This house worked out great for our family. The pool and spa were a great place to relax and wind down after a long day at the Disney parks. We were so busy at Disney by the time we got home, we didnt get to take advantage of the game room. The house had plenty of room for our group, we had 6 adults and 1 baby. There was easily room for another couple. The neighborhood is very nice and the pool, fitness center and convenience store are a great bonus. The owner was very responsive to our questions and we would recommend staying here. Next time we visit the area, we will likely stay here again.

Even before we came down to this home the communication and response time from the owner and management company was great. We walked into the home and it smelled so clean. We have stayed in many hotels and homes in the past and have never had it just smell clean like this. Compared to other homes we rented in the past, this one had lots of extra supplies and things available. We just needed to buy our food for the week and they thought of everything else. We already booked a return visit before we even left this house. The setup of the home is perfect for our large family and gives enough space and privacy. The view of the lake and quick walk to the clubhouse and pool was a huge plus as well.

For starters, we got so lucky when we saw that the exact dates of our July 2022 Disney trip matched up perfectly and we only had one month to go. We enjoyed a full family vacation the year before and knew that when the dates matched, we had to cancel the plans already made for staying "on site" to come back to this dream home.My two littles ADORE this house, so much so, that they were the first ones in the massage chairs and eager to hop into "their hot tub".Being avid Disney fans, we spend early mornings and long nights at the park. Knowing we have busy days, there is NOTHING more rewarding than coming back to "crash" at "Crush's Pad". The beds and comforters are so comfortable! The way the house is set up allows for a family to truly spread out and give each other space to do what they'd like (happy hour on the pool patio, watching TV from the pool at night, arcade family night, etc.).If we're lucky enough to make our way back down to Florida next summer, we will be most definitely try to come back to this home away from home.

We have stayed at Windsor Hills before, but we all have to say that Crush’s Crash Pad was by far the best. Location was great over looking the lake. We would definitely stay there again and have all ready recommended it to family and friends. The grandchildren loved the pool especially after being at the parks. Some days the didn’t even want to go to the theme parks they loved being by the pool. They all loved the game’s room. We couldn’t fault the home at all. Well decorated , comfortable beds, like being at home except for the fantastic weather. Meta was very helpful with any questions I had and replied to me very quickly. Thank you.
