Fabulous villa

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom villa in Kissimmee! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home is spacious, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped — it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee pod machine (complete with pods!) was an added bonus - we loved trying all the different coffees. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in! And as for the massage chair in the lounge…wow, what an absolute treat after a busy day at the parks! The location was ideal — close to Disney, restaurants, and shopping, yet tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood that gave us plenty of privacy. We’ve been lucky enough to visit the Orlando area from Scotland many times and can honestly say the M&M Dream Villa is one of the very best we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend this villa for families or couples looking for comfort, convenience, and a little bit of luxury. We’re already planning our next visit!

Wonderful stay!

Lovely stay at M&M Dream Villa. The beds are super comfy & it has all of the amenities you’d need for a break away in Florida. The children particularly liked the swimming pool & games room! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great holiday at Crushes Crash Pad.The villa is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need (and more) to make your stay enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better, being within a short distance to the Theme Parks, etc.The home was clean, spacious, with a private pool, hot tub, game room, and access to the community water park, plenty to keep everyone entertained.The Owners [Meta and Mike] were brilliant, quick to respond to any questions/issues/concerns. They were so helpful in every way both prior to and during our stay. They truly care about the holiday makers and go out of their way to make sure everything is just right care.We have holidayed in Florida for many years, and we can honestly say that we have never experienced the level of help and support given by this couple.We cannot recommend Crushes Crash Pad highly enough. It’s ideal for families looking for a fun and comfortable stay near the resorts.In fact, we have already booked it for a holiday in late 2025.

Our Ultimate Dream Vacation

We chose this vacation rental for our dream vacation, taking our grandsons (and their parents!) to Disney World, and it was perfect! Super clean and so comfortable, with lots of space for everyone, and Disney decor everywhere! If I had a do-over I would plan the vacation with more time at the house, because there were so many fun options for activities there. The pool and hot tub were the favorites for all of us. The pool was so warm, the perfect temperature. We really appreciated the extra safety measures of an alarm when you open the back door and a safety fence around the pool. The location of the home was perfect, with 3 minutes to Walmart for a grocery order pickup and so close to the parks that Grandpa would take the others to get in line before the parks opened, then come back to get me and we would go later. I found this vacation rental to be a good value. It definitely helped to make our dream vacation everything we dreamed of and more!

Excellent place for our Disney getaway!

Loved everything about the M&M Dream Villa! More than enough space for my family. Excellent decor throughout. Not to mention the pool which was great for when you get back from a long day at the theme parks! Would recommend to anyone! 5 of 5

We had a Great stay!

We just completed a 60 day stay at the M&M villa. This is our 4th visit to the area and this was by far the best of all. Because we were there for an extended period, we so appreciated all of the extra amenities …especially the glass and plastic dishes providing the ability to eat indoors or outdoors. The kitchen provided the necessary cooking pans and utensils so that we were able to prepare almost any meal we desired. As we had various sets of visitors during our stay, we were easily able to accommodate all of their needs. For those visiting with small children, you have gone above and beyond to provide equipment that might be usable for adventures. Having everything on the main floor was so helpful for those of us who are challenged by stairs. We also spent many hours by the pool and hot tub and appreciated the outdoor seating area where we could share cocktails and appetizers. Our granddaughter loved the pool basketball hoop. Thank you for thinking through the extra details for what a home could provide to make our stay so comfortable.It was wonderful to be in such a central location - close to many activities and fabulous restaurants.

Great Vacation Home

We stayed 9 days at the M&M Dream Villa. Overall it was a great stay! They had a great pool area, private backyard and the house was clean minus a few minor issues upon arrival. The house was stocked with toilet paper, towels and dishes etc. The game room was a cool spot for my teenage kids to hang out. It was close to the H2O water park which is an awesome place to enjoy the water slides without the crowds. Very close to Disney but about 30-40 minutes from Universal. Traffic was an issue at any time of day/night. The area where the house is located is quiet and clean. Pool heat is included in your stay which was nice considering many other rental homes were charging extra for this, however the heat never had to kick on cause it was crazy hot the whole week we were there. The BBQ was a great option as well for the chill nights at the house. Each room had its own bathroom which my teens loved!A few complaints we had were the doors. The front door key pad gave us a few issues throughout the week so we had to call in the number for help. There is a childproof alarm on the patio door that leads to the pool so when it opens, it beeps loudly. It took us a bit to figure out how this worked but was a nuisance for us early risers while trying to let the kids sleep cause we wouldn't hit the button on time so it would sound and wake everyone up.The other issue I had is that there is a crew that comes in to mow the lawn and care for the pool which is great however, it would have been nice to get a notification about the date and time that this would take place. When I opened the curtain in the bedroom, the pool guy was right there and it was totally unexpected. The guy who came to mow the lawn came really early and woke up the kids. It was great to have them maintain the property but a notification about their arrival would have been appreciated.Meta was quick at responding to questions or concerns which was great! Overall our experience was great and our family had an amazing time and made great memories! Would definitely rent from them again!

We had a great time!

Everything about the house was as expected, it was all redone and there was new furniture, beds and plenty of appliances for every need. We enjoyed the pool and it was very quiet and backs up to a nature reserve. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms in the home and even two kids rooms that are beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed the game room, it had video games, pool table, board games and an arcade game. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing….again

We were the first guests at the M&M Dream villa during our Spring Break, and we were the first guests last year at Crush’s Crash Pad Everything was amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable, relaxing week. Meta and Michael have always been so responsive if there was a question, or inquiry.
