→ RESORT PRE-REGISTRATION: Will be a separate $70 RESORT FEE PLUS TAX PER RESERVATION. This will be paid directly to the Laketown Wharf Resort for wristbands and parking passes. A link will be sent to your cell phone a week before your arrival to complete the check in process.
→ Age Requirement - Reserving Guest must be at least 19 years old and be able to show valid I.D. upon check in.
→ 2 Car Max - Of Site parking available close by for a fee for more than two vehicles.
→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

JassMy boyfriend & I enjoyed our stay. The views from the balcony were amazing! The place was comfortable & cozy. A lot to do in the surrounding area that was within walking distance.Only downside was, The morning of check out we actually got stuck inside of the home due to the top lock on the door having some difficulties which made us unable to exit. The staff and host were very responsive in this matter but if I were you I’ll check to make sure it properly works before shutting it, That was kinda scary for us.

AlyssaMy family stayed on the 17th floor at Laketown. The room was beautiful, we loved how spacious the living room was and felt right at home. I would recommend bringing your own coffee as a coffee pot is available, but no coffee provided. Everything was perfect and our host responded right away with answers to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

CourtneyWe had such a great stay! The view from this place is absolutely stunning! It was spacious for our family of 6 and everyone has places to sleep. I wish there were a few more blankets but came to find in Florida they use very light blankets everywhere. I spent majority of our time in the condo on the balcony it was so peaceful and beautiful I could not get enough. The only thing I didn't like is the 2nd bedroom was a small space and not much space to put my kids stuff had put their clothes and suitcases in the bathroom and living room. If you sleep on the couch there are no curtains so it's very bright in the morning but the view is worth it's the master bed was so comfy! It's. A little confusing the 1st day with the north and south elevators but once you figure it out it's not so much walking with luggage! Thanks for an amazing stay!!

TaylorWe had an amazing stay at this condo! The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants and shops nearby. The amenities were fantastic, especially the awesome kiddy pool—our kids had the best time splashing and playing there. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay stress-free and relaxing. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!Val was an excellent host providing clear instructions and very responsive any time we needed to get in touch with her!

AlexisAbsolutely beautiful condo. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Beautiful views of the Gulf. Lots to see and do in the area. The grounds were nice, pools were great, gym was a little old but had the essentials and I enjoyed my workouts every morning. My only complaint is you don’t provide trash bags I thought that they should be provided but other than that I have no complaints. Everything was great and our stay was wonderful. Host is very nice, very responsive as well. Thanks for having us.

AhmadOur stay at Laketown Wharf Resort, Unit #1704, was excellent! The condo was clean, well-equipped, and located on the 17th floor with amazing views. Check-in was easy with a door code provided by 4 PM. The kitchen came fully stocked for cooking, with a Keurig (just bring your own coffee), clean linens, towels, and a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags. Parking was convenient-up to 2 passes and 6 wristbands were included, and we received a registration link before arrival. The resort also had luggage carts and a security desk in the lobby, which helped a lot. While early check-in wasn't available due to housekeeping, communication from the host was clear and helpful. The location is great-close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

ThomasThis really exceeded our expectations. I always get nervous before I open the door to a room because you never really know what to expect on the other side. The space was exactly like the photos, the views were incredible and the family had a blast. Walkable to restaurants and the beach is right across the street. Kids loved hopping from pool to pool. StarliaHost was really responsive. The place was clean, views were great from balcony, beach was only two minutes from condo. Only downside was I was expecting this to be a separate unit rather than a 21 floor unit with only two elevators at each end. It was really hard getting up and down each time. Restaurants on property were good. Parking was great. The shopping areas were only a short drive away from condo.
