JaniceThe cold weather impeded our ability to spend much time outside and we couldn’t spend much time on the balcony because of pigeon poop. The condo had potential to be very nice but it needs to be refreshed and spruced up a bit. We requested help with replacing cookware, fixing a toilet and making up a bed. All of our requests were promptly resolved.

ChasityThe place was a great location. There was extremely loud noise throughout the day/night. As if it was in the wall. Parking area was small. Not enough handicap parking. Best thing was the view. Also the patio furniture was dirty & full of bird poop. It stated it was to be covered but it wasn't so wasn't able to enjoy the patio. And that's the main reason we booked this location. It would of been nice to sit on the nice balcony but we couldn't. The home looked exactly like the pictures. However, they did not leave any coffee out as stated. There was plenty of dishes. My car was towed & the host said she would respond back but other than that we made the best of the stay & basically was at the beach sun up to sun down.

MichelleBeautiful view and conveniently located to stores and restaurants. Parking garage and space is small and difficult to navigate for standard size SUV. Loved the three bedroom and three bathroom accommodations. My family said they wish there was a view in guest rooms. Spacious balcony 18th floor overlooking the beachfront. Val responded promptly to address issues and concerns about the condo. My family did not want to leave. I’ll book again. 🙌🏽🌹

FaithValeriya is an excellent host. Very thorough instructions, and incredibly responsive. We were visiting from NC and the area is beautiful. We had a rather large group and there was more than enough space for everyone. The view was amazing and it’s so close to virtually anything you’d need. We will absolutely be back!

Tammy F.Condo was great. Very spacious. Nicely decorated. Elevators were not working properly on Saturday and there was a loud noise heard on and off throughout the entire complex all day. Sounded like an enormously loud leaf blower that would rattle things in condo. Parking deck was somewhat of an issue with very tight spaces to maneuver.

MandyI have stayed in Panama City Beach many times and this is by far the best place I have stayed!!! The view is absolutely stunning! The house was decorated super cute and trendy. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. You get one parking spot but there is an overflow lot as well as a public parking lot right across the street, which was super convenient to park our extra vehicle and golf cart. I can't recommend this place enough! I can't wait to go back!!!

TipPlace was as described. My family would definitely book again if in PCB. Only complaint was probably beyond the hosts’ control, there was this REALLY loud sound on the last night of our stay that kept us and the kids up most of the night. It sounded like something in the walls or ceiling, maybe pipes. It was a scary loud echoing sound. View and balcony, amazing !
