Take in the view from the fourth floor (last floor) while sitting on your screened-in lanai and enjoy Scenic and Peaceful Views of the Nature Preserve. The unit is located right in front of the elevator. The parking spot for the unit is right in front of the building and a few steps away from the elevator.

John and Donna W.Wonderful Condo Community at Riverwalk in Whiskey Preserve
My wife and I rented this Riverwalk condominium for 3 months, January to the end of March 2026. The Riverwalk community is fantastic and is made up of many seasonal owners. The people were very welcoming, and the community is extremely well run. The community offered many social events at the clubhouse and the huge pool during our stay, which included bunko, euchre, poker, potluck dinners, small concerts and special events at the pool. My wife and I participated in many of these events, and we enjoyed our time there and met some great people. You couldn’t ask for better hosts/owners than Maja and Marko. We mainly dealt with Maja, and she was always friendly, helpful and great to work with. Both Maja and Marko were very responsive in resolving requests and issues. Prior to renting the unit we asked about beach chairs and an umbrella and Maja said she would provide them for us and they were at the unit when we arrived. The washer quit working during our stay, we called Maya and Marko and within a very few days a new washer and dryer were delivered. Our deposit was processed the day we left and in our account 2 days after we left the property. The location is excellent. The immediate area is not congested like other parts of Fort Myers. Grocery stores, restaurants and other conveniences are nearby without having to venture out on some of the more heavily traveled roads in the area. Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Island are about 20 minutes away...go early in the day. The condo needed some updating, which was not a deterrent to our stay. Maja and Marko are planning some renovations to the condo this summer, which will make the unit more attractive. We felt safe and secure during our stay at Riverwalk, which is a very walkable neighborhood.
