These activities are at no additional cost or obligation. You will receive information from Xplorie and you can contact them to set up your tickets. You can make reservations for your tickets with Xplorie up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will receive one ticket per each attraction. Additional guests will pay full price. Unused admissions expire daily and do not apply to monthly reservations.

***Concrete Restoration:
Concrete Repairs on floors 1-10 start Monday 10-27-25 and will be done around 12-1-25. Painting will start 11-17 and will be done around 12-1-25. Waterproofing will start 12-1-25 and will be done around 12-8-25. Railing paint will start 12-8-25 and will be done around 12-15-25. Punch out 12-15-25 and will be done around 12-18-25. Demobilize 12-18-25 and will be done around 12-22-25. Access to condo’s may be needed. Please understand that the work will be noisy at times and that some areas of the building may be off limits to guests for short periods of time. For example, when a balcony gets painted on the East side, then the area will need time to dry.
All balcony furniture will need to be moved inside of the condo during balcony painting. (Subject to Change). Weather and other items beyond our control may change the dates of completion.

Guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, a mirror dresser, a closet, a 32" cable TV and an office desk with swivel chair to easily work remote when needed.

The newly renovated kitchen features new stainless steel appliances with an ice-maker in its refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, cookware, plates, utensils, etc. The kitchen has the essentials you'll need to make home cooked meals.
