These activities are at no additional cost or obligation. You will receive information from Xplorie and you can contact them to set up your tickets. You can make reservations for your tickets with Xplorie up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will receive one ticket per each attraction. Additional guests will pay full price. Unused admissions expire daily and do not apply to monthly reservations.

***Concrete Restoration:
Concrete Repairs on floors 1-10 start Monday 10-27-25 and will be done around 12-1-25. Painting will start 11-17 and will be done around 12-1-25. Waterproofing will start 12-1-25 and will be done around 12-8-25. Railing paint will start 12-8-25 and will be done around 12-15-25. Punch out 12-15-25 and will be done around 12-18-25. Demobilize 12-18-25 and will be done around 12-22-25. Access to condo’s may be needed. Please understand that the work will be noisy at times and that some areas of the building may be off limits to guests for short periods of time. For example, when a balcony gets painted on the East side, then the area will need time to dry.
All balcony furniture will need to be moved inside of the condo during balcony painting. (Subject to Change). Weather and other items beyond our control may change the dates of completion.

A full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cookware, utensils, etc. are provided to save on eating out expenses. The kitchen & living room combo shares a 40 inch TV with cable and free WiFi. The living room features a dining table that sits 4, a Queen sleeper sofa and sliding glass doors with access to its private balcony. The living / dining / kitchen space are all open making it easy to enjoy each others company and the view of Florida's coastline.

Master bedroom features a cozy, King size bed, a night stand and lamp on each side of the bed, long dresser w/ mirror, a small TV, a closet and private access to the bathroom which has an additional entry/exit from the hallway. Bathroom features vanity, and shower/tub combo.
