AndrewCozy condo in an absolutely perfect location. No matter if you have plans in Alys Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, or Seagrove itself, this is the best place to be. Can’t beat being two blocks from the beach! The home was beautiful and really felt like a home. Clean space with perfect sized kitchen and a massive king sized bed. The hosts were amazing and super responsive. Would highly recommend!

MarshallGreat location and was perfect size for a stay for 3 of us (could accommodate 4 people if they don't mind sharing a small sofa bed or for a family of 4 with 2 children). The main bedroom king bed is very comfortable. Located just a short walk to beach access, some local shops, and smaller restaurants. Only a 10-minute drive to the popular Seaside are shops, restaurants, etc. The only thing we would change was that the pool was kept so warm it wasn't enjoyable to be in during the heat of the day. It was great once the sun went down and the temps dropped. Overall, we would highly recommend a stay here. We will definitely have this place on our list of places to stay at again!

ElijahAbsolutely loved this place! We traveled in from Texas and visited Alys beach, we loved Florida so much we wanted to stay an extra night but couldn’t find anywhere available in Alys last minute, thankfully we found Marliese’s condo and was able to book last minute, allowing us to have another incredible day on the beach as a family. Cafe 30A up the street was a great place for dinner, beach was easy to get to and not busy at all, and there was a wagon in the closet which was a total lifesaver! 10/10 great stay!

Super convenient location with public and a gas station within minutes, very close public beach access, and a nice pool at the place. Everything was clean and it was perfect for the two of us. ChristinaThis was the first visit to this area and it was in the perfect spot! We could walk to the beach and ride bikes in either direction to visit other places. Sandra responded quickly whenever I had a question and offered suggestions. I highly recommend staying here and would do it again.

SaraProactive and friendly hosts, whenever we reached out the team, they were extremely responsive. The beach was close-ish, but with the wagon that is already provided in the home and the whole beach kit, we were able to sit out and enjoy Santa Rosa beach. The town offers plenty of history, and plenty of private ( do your research) and public beach access points! The home offers two close beach access points, so ready your heart, mind and legs for a wonderful trip in 30A!
