DianaSandra's place was great. Comfortable, clean and great location for restaurants, beaches and especially the wedding venue at Watersound. The pool here is beautiful. Very peaceful and plenty of space. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella were perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

FredReally nice place to stay for our family. Roomy and well decorated, with great big balcony to relax on as well. Never visited the pool, but the Big Chill being across the road is super convenient as well. If I'm nitpicking, there could have been some salt, pepper, cooking oil/spray to use versus having to go purchase and throw away...but that's just a nit. It's well stocked and clean. And the master shower is to die for...after a long day at the beach, I didn't want to get out. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend Sandra's place.

I especially enjoyed the pool—it was the perfect way to relax. One of my favorite parts of the stay was having access to the bikes, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. KatieWe had a great time at the beach. The condo is just as listed and pictured. We had everything we needed as well as beach cruiser style bikes. The neighborhood is nice and very family friendly. We liked that it was right in the middle of 30A and not too busy or far from everything.

The beach was a little trek with only bikes, but it was doable & beautiful once you got there. If the bikes had baskets…that would make a huge difference.Overall we loved it & had a wonderful stay!

Laura P.Wonderful in every respect, 5 stars! Starting with expectations, matched the photos exactly and was very clean which to me is the absolute most important thing. The location was great, very central to towns along 30A and easy to great dining and beaches. Loved Deer Lake State park for the beach, very relaxing and not overcrowded even on Memorial Day weekend. Absolutely beautiful for a sunset walk on the beach. House came with beach chairs, cart and umbrella which made a day at the beach relaxing and fun. Beach chairs need a good cleaning, but otherwise was great to have them. Complex was well maintained and very pretty. Would definitely stay again when in the 30A area.

ErikMy family and I drove up from Miami to stay at Sandra’s place. The place was beautiful and extremely comfortable. Sandra helped us with arranging a golf cart rental which was delivered directly to the house. Between the golf cart and bikes which were on site, we had an amazing time exploring the area. The beaches were beautiful and are kept very clean. I would definitely recommend the property as it is priced very well, is very spacious, and a wonderful place for a family stay. We would love to visit again someday!
