Finding a great vacation rental can be a daunting task with hundreds of listings. If you are reading this review, when you are finished stop and book this unit. Sunrise over the Bay, direct sunset over the ocean. This unit is clean and comfortable. The location is semiprivate, yet accessible to major attractions. Active yet laid-back. The residents are friendly and the complex is clean and well maintained. Debbi & Wayne are caring & kind owners. An outstanding review for an outstanding beach experience.

This beach front condo is spectacular! The view, the beach and the condo amenities are top notch. Our stay here could not have been nicer. Beach walks, dolphin sightings and it's convenient location to Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples - This place has it all!

We were first enchanted with the Seascape development in 1978. When we saw the opportunity to rent this unit we took advantage of if. It is a beautifully appointed condo and a bonus being on a elevated first floor so security is not a issue. It can easily accommodate the ability to cook and entertain. So many fine restaurants near by if you choose to dine out. Location is superb to many options of things to do. Most outstanding are the sunsets, with the new reconstructed beach along with the view it just never got old. You will not be disappointed with this rental,,, book and enjoy
