1900 sq. ft. Our 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beach house is located on Siesta Key and is on the gulf side of Beach Road. Our home is a standalone unit on 3 levels with 2 decks, a ground level patio, with a on e car garage. We are directly on Crescent Beach with gulf views and have a private access to the beach. It is a spacious 1,800 sq. ft. with a competely remodeled kitchen, plus 3 1/2 updated baths and a 1 car garage. Each large bedroom is a suite with private full bath. The master suite has a very large bath with two skylights. It has the most spectacular views from the deck or right from the king size bed. Enjoy entertaining or just relaxing on the main deck watching the sunset on the Gulf of Mexico.
We are within walking distance to the SK village and public be with shops, restaurants and food market.

This house was great for our family. It was right on the beach and walking distance to town. It was clean and I don’t think we saw a bug inside the whole time. Great communication with the owner as well. 100% would stay again. Thanks.

Very nice remodeled house. Everything you need is there. We had trouble with their TV system and Carole stayed on the phone with the company and me for over an hour to make sure everything was o.k. Don’t hesitate to rent this home. We went to many different restaurants and and store and none were more than 5 or six miles away. Convenient to an Italian bakery, Chicago hotdogs and Jewish deli with meat piled sky high. Many good seafood restaurants.
