Unique Benefits
I fell in love with this condo because for one, it was brand new construction, and the community is just simply adorable and quiet. My favorite is the floors, so easy to clean and maintain. The grounds are also pristine, and the location is very safe, not only because it is gated after 6pm, but because Bonita Springs is safe in general. Meeting all the neighbors was also a sweet experience. Whether residents or renters, everyone who lives and stays here, is so friendly, helpful and happy. Maybe it's the warm weather, or maybe it's just the fabulous people that come to visit. Regardless, I'm always sad to leave.
We are approximately 25-30 minutes' drive from Fort Myers Airport.
Bonita Springs is perfectly located in the middle of all the southwest Florida action! My personal favorite place is Seat to Table which offers all sorts of quick dining options, grocery options, and nightly entertainment all in one place and its right in town. And you must try Coconut Jacks by the beach.
You must take a trip down to Naples and visit some upscale shopping and dining on Fifth Avenue and Coconut Point. Turtle Club is also right on the beach and offers gorgeous sunsets. Marco Island is also a must!
Drive up north to Estero and Fort Myers for even more exciting beaching, boating, dining, shopping and lots of fun!

We had a wonderful stay at Christina’s condo! The place was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with essentials we needed for a relaxing getaway!The location was especially convenient to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and local shops. We especially enjoyed taking advantage of the nearby amenities, including the golf course, pickleball courts, and the pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Florida. We have stayed at numerous vacation rentals over the years. This rental is one of the best by far. The decor is unmatched. Christina definitely has the touch! The unit was clean and provided just about whatever you would need. The location was great and we loved being able to spend time at the heated pool and play some pickleball. We walked daily, as this location was close to downtown, stores, and parks. We had a wonderful month there and are already looking forward to our time there next year.

We absolutely loved this condo and location. The building is new located in a gated, golf course community. The pool is right outside of the front entrance, which is very convenient. The beach is a short 5 minute drive. This condo is beautiful with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The beds are comfy! Stay here, you won’t regret it!
