This gorgeous brand-new home is set up for pure enjoyment for everyone in your family in beautiful Seagrove Beach! Featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms and accommodations for 18, Juan-A-Rita is the dream vacation spot. Walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes (1 block) or walk to Seaside (approx. 1 mile) or stay home and enjoy the heated private pool (can be heated for additional fee) or make a bonfire to enjoy all evening!
The first floor is flooded with natural light for everyone to enjoy with an open floorplan featuring a gourmet kitchen with an oversized island featuring quartz countertop and top of the line appliances, a spacious living room, and dining room area. The private plunge pool features color-changing lights and the fenced-in patio features chaise lounges to relax all day! Also, enjoy grilling out on the back patio or make smores and enjoy your own private bonfire.
The second floor features a master suite that boasts a private balcony with a swing bed, private bathroom with shower with rain head and a freestanding bathtub. The second master bedroom features a king-size bed with a private bath that features a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features two full-size beds with a private bathroom that features a shower.
The third floor features an amazing gathering space that offers two sofa sleeper couches, a table for games and a wet bar. All of this space is adjoining to an oversized balcony to enjoy with a swing bed. The fourth bedroom features a king-size bed with a private bathroom that has a shower. The fifth bedroom features two sets of bunks (4 twin XL beds)!
When you're not at the beach that is one block away (less than a 5-minute walk) you can dip into the plunge pool or relax poolside in one of the chaise lounges chairs! This luxury beach home is set up to enjoy all evening too! If you don't want to walk to Seaside for dinner, you can grill out in the backyard and enjoy your own private bonfire in the fire pit.

This private home is a 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom home that sleeps 18 guest total. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Parties and events are not allowed on the property. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, and guests must sign a pool waiver prior to staying.
We have exterior cameras that may be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies are adhered to.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless, cozy, and even better than the pictures. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for anything we could have needed, and the little touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect. Close enough to the shops, the beach, restaurants, grocery store and the list could go on yet still quite enough for us to relax and unwind. The hosts were welcoming and quick to respond which made everything stress-free and easy. We were a family of 12 and the house accommodated all of us easily. The bicycles and golf cart provided was extra nice to have for getting around. We especially enjoyed having a bathroom in every bedroom. This was such a plus with combining multiple families in one place. The beds were super comfy, and the private pool area was perfect for us. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, we had a fantastic experience and would love to stay here again. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway.

This was our second stay at this beach house, and once again, it did not disappoint! This house was perfect for a family reunion. There was plenty of room for gatherings, inside and out. It was nice that every bedroom had their own bathroom. As stated it was minutes from the beach. This house was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. The use of a 6 seater golf cart was a plus. I would definitely visit this home again and recommend it to friends. This place is awesome!!! HOUSE IS AMAZING!!!! You can NOT beat the location We have a party of 15 and had more room for another family!!! Close to the beach and Restaurants I would recommend having a golf cart which we did and we took it everywhere we went Only a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and beach was never crowded. If I could give more than 5* I would We will definitely be back!!!

My family absolutely loved everything about this house for our 5 day vacation. We had 14 adults and 4 children and fit in quite comfortably. Everyone in my family kept asking how I found this house because it was so perfect! It was a short 4-5 minute walk to the beach and very close to Seaside, grocery stores, and restaurants. The pool was the perfect size for our 4 children (ages 5, 4, 3, and 1). It was extremely easy to communicate with Eileen (our contact point) and the operator of the Golf Cart (Adam). Both ensured we had a successful and enjoyable trip. The house was clean and the air conditioning worked well. I would highly recommend this house to anyone and everyone!

We had an amazing stay at Juan a Rita!Things we loved: * Downtown seaside was a golf cart trip away. The Great Southern was a yummy restaurant that was family friendly. The bookstore was so cool and the coffee shop was delicious. I highly recommend the salted caramel cold brew! Definitely check out this fun location. * Beach access was very walkable! The description that Brenda gives about the distance is accurate. We used the golf cart to haul the gear and small kids while the rest of us walked. * The beach is not crowded. Our stay was possibly a bit unique because we had the dreaded double red flags for two days. However, we easily found a spot for our tents and chairs each day. We have previously vacationed in Miramar and Destin and didn’t enjoy the busyness of the beach there. It was perfect here! * The sleeping accommodations were great. The pillows and beds were all comfortable. Having a bunk room for the kids was so fun. Our legs did get a workout walking to the third floor but that was okay bc we were able to eat a little more ice cream :) We had plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, beach towels, trash bags, etc. * We cooked almost every night. The kitchen was well equipped and honestly felt like home. * Brenda has thought about small details that make your stay easy like labeling lights, kitchen cabinet shelves so you don’t have to guess where the dishes belong, and labeling remotes in case things get moved around. There is a table by the door that has all the info for the house. This is all very helpful when staying in a large home that you’re unfamiliar with! * The pool is small but honestly bigger than we expected. It’s on the front porch which is unique but our kids swam in it every day! * The property manager is very responsive and easy to work with. The water dispenser stopped working during our stay. Eileen was easy to work with and it was fixed in a timely manner.We typically like to try new houses for each vacation but Juan-a-Rita will most likely be chosen again because it was so amazing. We even tried to book an additional night because we loved it that much!

Wonderful stay at Juan-A-Rita! The inside was beautiful & we also loved the trees/outdoor area as well. The bottom floor was very spacious & accommodated our entire family to hang out. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was spectacular! The small, shaded pool was perfect for the littles to play & cool off. The beach is very close & having the golf cart made everything run smoothly! Plenty of beach equipment & toys to use. The only drawback (not the owner's fault) is that the steps are pretty steep getting to the beach & it was difficult for a few of our elders to get up/down. The house was stocked with everything we would need & the owner/house mgr were all extremely responsive!! (These two things can really make or break a rental, previous experiences).

We loved our stay at the beautiful Juan-A-Rita! The three story home is stunning and just steps from the breathtaking white sand beach and emerald colored water. With 5 well appointed bedrooms there is lots of room for the entire family. We enjoyed the 'gathering room' on the third floor and the porches off the upper floors. Easy bike or golf cart ride to local shops and restaurants.

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We loved using the heated pool—despite outside temperatures in the low-50s, we couldn’t get our 8-year old out of the pool. We loved the short walk to the beach and using the fire pit. No complaints—we would definitely stay here again.

This house has it all...location, plenty of bedrooms, places to spread out, pool, bikes, beach chairs, fire pit, golf cart--we lacked for nothing during our stay! The decor and finishes are top notch and the bedding is so luxurious! The owners thought of every little detail, the management team does a great job maintaining the house, and the cleaners are great at their jobs! We spent Thanksgiving 2023 at this beautiful property and enjoyed a fabulous meal with family around the large dining table. Our kids loved the house and location...we were at the beach multiple times a day and then hanging out at Seaside in the evenings. At night we would sit in the jetted pool/hot tub and talk about the day. Juan-A-Rita was a hit with everyone from our 80 year-old parents to the youngest grandchild. If we could give it ten stars we would!

Great location in between Seaside and Sea Grove. We utilized the bikes and golf cart (provided) to quickly access restaurants, beach, shops, 30A communities, etc. Home had all we needed for our group stay and the rooms / living area was very nice, spacious, and well equipped. It was a comfortable accommodation for our group of 5 and everyone had their own room / bathroom.Eileen and Brenda were very easy to work, had high communication / response when needed, and did everything prior to and during our stay to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would 100% recommend Jun-A-Rita for parties wanting a very nice house in a great location to Seaside / Beach.

Our stay at Juan-A-Rita was stellar - from the gorgeous home that accommodated 5 families (3 generations, 12 people) comfortably to the amenities like outdoor firepit (where we visited over coffee in the mornings) and private pool area (where we happy houred in the evenings). Each room is spacious and beautifully decorated with every comfort in mind. Our family cooks all meals, so the well-stocked kitchen and top-quality appliances were well used and appreciated. The home is an easy 2 block walk to the most pristine South Walton beach - we all relished the beach time each day and marveled at the cleanliness despite many other beachgoers. We loved our time at Juan-A-Rita and will return and stay longer!

Our family of 10 really enjoyed the Juan-a-Rita for our 9 day location. Home condition and decor were perfect with plenty of parking and excellent amenities- including beach needs. The kitchen as well appointed. The pool/hot tub was a perfect way to end the day for all!! The location provided easy access to the beach (get the golf cart!) and also easy access to Seaside, Grayton and other cities. Finally we all agreed we will revisit this property on our next beach trip. Finally, our hosts were very responsive to our questions throughout the week. We had an amazing time at the beautifully appointed Juan-A-Rita! We arrived to a spotlessly clean house which tells me almost all I need to know. We had a large group of women celebrating a soon to be bride and we each had plenty of space to gather as well as space for privacy. We cooked in one night, and the kitchen was fully equipped with EVERYTHING needed. The property is a straight and easy shot to the beach by foot or bike. The pool is small but it's all you need to to cool off and the jets were an added bonus. Everyone was amazing and easy to work with, and provided wonderful and prompt communication from start to finish. Thank you! I am looking for an excuse to come back soon!

The Juan A Rita was by far the best house we have stayed in at the beach! Kitchen was amazing and had everything you would ever need for a large family! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate! We loved the hot tub/ pool on the from porch too! A great location off the beach but just a few blocks to the public access. Would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a wonderful family vacation.
