This spacious top floor suite located in building 2 features:

- 1 QUEEN bed in the master bedroom with flat screen TV;
- 1 Full Bathroom with blow dryer;
- LIVING ROOM with a QUEEN PULL-OUT SOFA;
- DINING AREA with a table for 4 and counter seating for 2;
- In-unit WASHER/DRYER;
- Fully equipped KITCHEN with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator;
- Step-Out Balcony with seating;
- All linens, beach and bath towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, glasses are provided.
You don’t need to bring a thing!

THE PROPERTY:

Enjoy access to all the resort amenities including:
- BEACH access from the property. Beach chairs are provided;
- Huge heated swimming POOL and HOT TUB with loungers, umbrellas and tables;
- Two private TENNIS courts and Pickleball

- 2 assigned PARKING spots per each unit;

- On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Boats exceeding the registered length of 28 feet are strictly prohibited.
