- On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). Slip rental is available. The Marina reservations need separate arrangements and ARE NOT guaranteed with accommodations reservations; depending on availability. Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dock master.

*Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are handled by a separate entity and are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.

All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Boats exceeding the registered length of 28 feet are strictly prohibited

The Florida Keys consists of the only barrier reef in the United States. Take the time to explore the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, above or below the surface, you won’t regret it.
Diving – Key Largo is the Dive Capital of the World. Explore the underwater Christ statue or one of the many shipwrecks found in one of the most unique living coral reef ecosystems in the world.
Snorkeling – Explore places like John Pennekamp State Park or the famous Alligator Reef Lighthouse. Truly both are a sight to see!

Fishing – Islamorada is the Sportfishing Capital of the World. So, get out on the water; whether you go backcountry fishing or offshore fishing, don’t miss the opportunity to fish in one of the most diverse fisheries on the planet.

Eco-tours – Paddle boarding, kayaking, or hopping on a boat, eco-tours are a great way to explore and learn the ins-and-outs the Keys’ unique ecosystem, from paddle boarding through the mangroves in the Florida Bay to watching dolphins jump in the Atlantic Ocean, you are sure to enjoy the sites.
