The gated community of Seacliffs on the north end of the Cape welcomes you - Steps from the beach, this new construction, 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath townhouse boasts plenty of room for multiple families. The pool and playground are directly outside of unit, with the dune walk-over to the beach steps away. A private elevator makes getting groceries to the top floor family room & kitchen a breeze. The family-friendly kitchen has a dining table for 10 and extra counter seating for 5. Two master bedrooms with king beds and private baths, one bedroom with a queen bed and private bath, and the bunkroom has four extra-long twin beds and private bath with tub welcome your guests after a day in the sun. There are three balconies, two off of master bedrooms, and the third off of the top floor with outdoor dining ready for your entire group. The unit has a whole house water filtration system, so no need to bring bottled water. Our coffee maker uses ground coffee in a filter or pods. Washer and dryer are on the bottom floor. Covered parking for 2 cars is a bonus in the Florida sun! The outdoor shower helps to rinse off the kids and your beach gear before you head inside. The best part about being on The Cape - the sunsets! Beach chairs are stored on the bottom floor and are ready to hit the beach! Why Kids Love It

The three Seacliffs units are directly in front of the pool and playground. The beach is a quick three minute walk. The complex has a large green space for spikeball, frisbee, bocce ball - whatever games your family wants to play while on vacay!
