Welcome to Peace of Paradise, Mexico Beach FL! Peace of Paradise is a beach front townhome that sits right on the white sand beaches of Mexico Beach! No streets to cross or long walks to the beach! Just step off our patio onto our new private boardwalk over the sand dunes to the Gulf!
You will truly enjoy the captivating Gulf views from one of two oceanfront balconies, while enjoying your morning coffee and feeling the ocean breeze. We sleep four comfortably with extra sleeping space on the sleeper sofa for two additional guests (for a total of six). We have two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, which consist of a King bed in the master bedroom, a Full bed in the second bedroom (and a twin trundle bed that can be taken out for kids), and a sleeper sofa in the living room. All rooms have flat screen TV's and we have a wonderful fully stocked kitchen to cook all of your meals.
Killer Seafood is right across the street for a quick seafood meal and several other restaurants and food trucks are close by.
We hope you will enjoy the Forgotten Coast as much as we do!
Please note, the town of Mexico Beach is still rebuilding from hurricane Michael. Construction in and around the town will be taking place.
Small/medium dogs (max of one) will be considered with prior approval and pet fee.

Everything other reviewers praise about this property is accurate, so I won't go into detail repeating prior comments except to underscore the calming and tasteful decor, the comfortable furnishings, the quiet location, the well-eqipped kitchen, and the beautiful ocean view. What deserves more stress is the exceptional communication with the owner. After I posted a description of what we were looking for, we received numerous replies, but Ashley's was the only one that met our conditions. It's reassuring that a property owner actually reads posts and replies appropriately. Later communication was also superior. The lease was detailed and specific as were instructions. Unlike owners or their agents who provide lock codes only hours before check-in, Ashley sent ours (along with other check-in information) 10 days ahead, which didn't leave us wondering whether we'd receive the code by the time of arrival. She also notified us on the check-in date that the condo was ready several hours before our check-in time and then contacted us during our stay to be sure everything was in order and again after departure to see that we had enjoyed our stay. Ashley clearly cares a great deal about her condo and about insuring the best possible time for her renters. Although we had initially hoped to find a suitable house, this lovely condo was perfect for us, and we hope it will be available if we have another few days in Mexico Beach.

Clean and beautifully decorated condo. Generously furnished with initial personal supplies, cooking utensils, and beach gear. At the top of each flight of stairs there was a built-in latching safety gate. This was a plus to keep my dachshund from trying to go up and down the stairs! The staff (Ashley) at Vacation Bliss promptly answered any questions that we had prior to and during our stay. We felt very safe staying in this condo and Mexico Beach, FL. I would definitely consider renting this place again!

This home is so beautiful. The decor is beachy and furniture is clean and comfortable unlike some rentals. The mattresses, pillows, sheets and towels are also great. Its nice to have quality linens and towels and comfortable beds. There are two balconies one in the living room and another off the primary bedroom which have terrific wood chairs and pillows. The kitchen is more than sufficient with like new dishes and cutlery and pots and pans. We didn’t cook much but did notice an air-fryer and toaster and blender. The view from the sink is the ocean. As soon as you come up the stairs all you can see is the ocean out the windows and patio. There is a wash/dryer on the main level which we used. She has beach towels and chairs if you need them. There is a picnic table and a grill under the house. The tv has roku but there were plenty of channels that were free or the owner has paid for some programming I am not tv internet savvy but was able to watch local programming and other shows without signing into anything. This house was spotlessly cleaned which being directly on the beach is a pleasant surprise. The only downfall was we couldn't stay forever. If you have a small dog with you there is not much space to take them potty so we drove about 1/8 of a mile (within walking distance) up the road to the park on the same side of the road so our dogs could have a larger grassy area to potty. If your dog uses potty grass there is a carport under the house where you could place it. Since this home is on 98 we didn’t want to walk the small dogs on that busy road we preferred driving to the small park instead of walking to it. The house is on 98 but pleasantly we could not hear any traffic inside at all. The only noise we could hear were the rolling ocean waves. Love going to sleep listening to the waves. If we could give this home more than 5 stars we would. We cannot wait to go back. Summing up, cleanest rental ever, great location beachfront, wonderfully furnished both in comfort and aesthetics.
