Seaside Smiles is an elegant five-bedroom, three-bathroom home located on the picturesque peninsula of Holiday Isle. This stunning retreat is encircled by shimmering emerald waters.
As you step onto the main floor, you’ll be greeted with an abundance of natural light streaming through windows that showcase the surrounding scenic views.

The living room invites you to relax with its plush seating and large smart TV. Adjacent to the living area is a fully-equipped kitchen, featuring expansive countertops and plentiful cabinet space. The kitchen also includes a cozy dining nook in addition to a formal dining table, making it easy to serve meals and snacks.

The home offers five generously sized bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a smart TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, double vanities, bathtub, full size crib, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom is equally luxurious with a king-size bed, a smart TV, and a private balcony. The third bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed & a smart TV. The fourth bedroom, located on the main floor, comes with a twin-over-full with a twin trundle bunk bed and a smart TV. A fifth bedroom, located on the first floor, comes with a day bed with a trundle that can pull up to become a king, a smart TV, and doors that open to the backyard pool area. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa available for extra sleeping space.

Outside, you’ll find a large private pool, perfect for lounging under the sun or taking a refreshing swim on warm days. The pool area also offers captivating views of the nearby lake. The covered patio area is equipped with a ceiling fan, outdoor seating, a porch swing, and a grill, making it the ideal spot for open-air dining.

Guests at Seaside Smiles have access to two beach access points on one of the largest private beach areas in Destin, 6 adult bikes, beach gear in the garage including: 6 beach chairs, Beach umbrella, ice chest & beach wagon.

The Destin Pointe community offers additional amenities including three resort-style pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a hot tub all available for guest use.

For your convenience, the home also features a washer and dryer, ensuring you can keep your clothes clean and fresh during your stay.

An additional pool heat fee of $65 per night is required to heat the pool and must be arranged prior to your stay.
