Damage Deposit collected at time of contract signing, refundable after departure if no damage or repairs are discovered.
All fees must be paid in full before acquiring unit keys & FOBs.

Security deposit is required (varies per stay) to be refunded if no damages.
One time cleaning fee is $300 per stay.
