Just outside the hustle and bustle, the gated Villas of St Thomas Square are a home away from home. From its balcony this condo has a relaxing view of the Lower Grand Lagoon that is perfect for your morning coffee and watching the sunrise. Also, with a full bath in all three bedrooms, everyone will enjoy a smoother start each day!
Upstairs is a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, electric fireplace, private bath with his-n-her vanities, and a sitting room overlooking the lagoon through surround windows. The kids are just down the hall with a bunk, a queen bed, and their own private bath. Downstairs is a 3rd bedroom with another queen bed and private bath. For those that need a little extra we also have a very nice roll-away twin bed.
The kitchen, dining, and living are an open plan space for enjoying your favorite snacks, streaming movies on the Roku, playing family games, or planning the day's adventures. The private balcony off the living room is a great place to watch the sunrise over the lagoon, or to enjoy some afternoon shade while watching the wildlife that comes to its waters: osprey, pelicans, herons, and even the occasional dolphin.
Several amenities are yours to enjoy including a Pool, Tennis Court/Pickleball, Shuffleboard, Sauna, Grills, and a Fire Pit. Fish from the dock, or if you have a boat, we have 11 boat slips available (contact us for pricing and more info if interested).
PLEASE NOTE: This condo is on the 2nd floor and does require climbing stairs. There is no elevator.

The condo is just a tiny piece of all that is available to you in Panama City Beach, and it is all within 10-15 minutes! Walk across the street to white sand beaches and emerald water, cruise down Front Beach Road to hit all the "tourist traps", or head down Back Beach Road to the Pier Park shopping district. Visit the many attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and Swampy Jack's. Play a round of golf at any number of courses. Prefer mother nature? Take a hike at nearby state parks, or hike/ride the miles of trails at Conservation Park. Craving adventure? Find a local fishing charter, go parasailing, or rent your own pontoon boat. There is so, so much to do in Panama City Beach, so come have some fun in the sun!

WINTER SEASON, Jan-March, we only book 28+ day stays @ $2,500 / month
NOTE: We do have a cleaning fee of $250 because housekeeping costs are the same for a one day stay or a 14 day stay and there is no good way to fold that into our nightly price. Otherwise, the full cost of your stay is included in the listed prices with the exception of state/local taxes (12%), and parking which is a $20+tax per vehicle fee charged by our HOA (we do not collect it).

We had the best stay at this condo! It was beautiful and in a great location. The pool was really nice and my son and husband loved being able to fish. Heidi and Steve were great hosts and very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Katie G.Great condo with a boat slip option!
We wanted a place we could rent and bring our pontoon boat with us, and this condo was perfect! All of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms with showers which was a huge plus! Easy access to the boat dock and a ton of great outdoor condo amenities. The beds are very comfortable, and the hosts have done an amazing job making this condo feel like home! We'll definitely be back!

This unit, you will find everything you need. The bedrooms are spacious with 3 full bathrooms. We had extended family visiting and needed more space. This was the perfect unit. It had everything, we needed. We cooked out using the grilling area by the pool and had a night swim. We also utilized the fire pit for an evening of relaxing. The view from the unit down the lagoon is very nice. We had an amazing t time.Don’t hesitate to rent this unit.

Our HOA rules require that the responsible party be 25 years of age or older, and that person must be a present member of the rental party.
The condo is on the 2nd floor, and there is a flight of stairs that you must climb to reach the condo door. The living, dining, kitchen, balcony, and one of the bedrooms and bath, are all on the main floor, but the master bedroom and "kids room" are both upstairs. There is not an elevator.
Our HOA rules do not allow us to rent to guests with pets / animals.
We do not allow smoking inside the condo
