This uber luxurious high-end "Happy Costal" inspired condo will utterly amaze you with its unique features! Our 3rd-floor family-friendly unit has been completely renovated from floor to ceiling! Gulf and pool views are available from the living room, master bedroom, and balconies. Drift Aweigh is located directly across the street from the Miramar Regional Public Beach which has restrooms, showers, handicapped beach access, beach services, lifeguards, and one of the most popular beach restaurants and grills in town, Pompano Joe's Seafood House! Grab a cold one at their beach bar.
From the spacious balcony off the living room and master bedroom, you can watch your family frolic in the community pool or toss the frisbee in the expansive grassy courtyard. This is an extra large 1280 sq/ft condo, complete with a laundry room and a 1 car garage. Both en suite bathrooms have European showers (no doors). The unit is next to the elevator or is accessible via the stairs. Ask about handicap accessibility.
Pavilion Palms Condominium is a highly sought-after, gated, Gulf Front, 3-story / low-rise, low-density condominium containing 3 buildings and 30 units with stunning views of the Gulf. Pavilion Palms is one of the few condominiums in the area that has private garages and over-sized units. The (seasonally-heated) pool is located in the center courtyard and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Each building has its own elevator. The public beach is just a short stroll across Scenic Gulf Drive, the old 25 mph beach road. A 6-person street-legal golf cart is available for your use.

We are close to restaurants, water sports, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall (largest in the south) and Destin Commons. Destin Commons is a unique, open-air village, featuring upscale shopping, casual and fine dining, and a 14-screen, stadium-seating movie theater located 1.5 miles west. You can safely bike with the kids along the paved bike paths for awesome beach views. Our favorite activity.
You can walk OR golf cart to Pompano Joe's Seafood Captain Dave's On The Gulf, or Kenny D's Grill & Beach Bar, and sample some of the local seafood flavors or just to relax and sip on a cold one.

Jennifer M.Drift Aweigh at Pavilion Palms 202C – Our Perfect Miramar Beach Escape!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Drift Aweigh (Unit 202C) in the gated Pavilion Palms Condos in Miramar Beach! This was our first trip to the area, and this spacious, luxurious condo made it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—the owner communicated clearly with all the check-in details, and we were thrilled to get in a half hour early. The unit is on the 3rd floor and has been recently renovated—it was sparkling clean from top to bottom. The beds were incredibly comfortable (perfect after long beach days!), and the layout felt open and airy with high ceilings typical of these condos. Loved the huge ceiling fans! The views are fantastic: gorgeous Gulf vistas just across the street and lovely poolside scenery right from our large, comfortable balcony. We loved sipping coffee out there each morning. The beach access is super easy—a short, pleasant walk across Scenic Highway 98 to the public access point, with bathrooms and outdoor showers conveniently nearby. No lugging gear far at all! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals at home. Bonus: the washer and dryer are in a separate room with a closing door, so laundry was quiet and convenient. We especially appreciated the included 6-person golf cart—it made zipping around to nearby spots effortless and fun. Amenities were spot-on for our August trip: the pool was warm and refreshing (whether heated or naturally, it was perfect), and the private, gated complex felt secure and peaceful. The garage came loaded with beach gear—wagon, chairs, etc.—which saved us so much hassle. Location-wise, it’s ideal. Miramar Beach is quieter than bustling Destin but still lively enough in peak season. We walked to Pompano Joe’s for great food and enjoyed several other nearby restaurants. Everything felt well-pointed and luxurious. This condo is great for families, couples, or small groups (it worked perfectly for my husband, our best friend , and me). It’s even pet-friendly if that’s a factor for others. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would book Drift Aweigh again in a heartbeat—highly recommend for anyone seeking a relaxing, high-end beach getaway on the Emerald Coast! 5 stars all the way—thank you to the owner Josh for an incredible stay!
