Samuel J.Nice unit with a good view
South Seas units are located on the beach but a good distance from the water. The unit is very nice and up to date; well stocked with beach equipment. The bed is very comfortable and the floor plan is good. The lighting could be better. It’s dark in the rooms with the available lights. My biggest drawback that would keep me from coming back is the security. The condo association employs a group of security personnel that belong better in the SS than at a family oriented vacation area. They’re overly rigid and pretentious given their role. I will exclude the security gate individuals from that criticism. They were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this condo during Christmas week 2018 and had a great time. The condo was right on the beach with a very short walk and easy access to the beach. Also just a short drive to lots of restaurants and shopping. The condo was nicely furnished with better than expected kitchen appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc., and cooking items (pots, pans, etc.). Beds were fairly comfortable and the bathrooms were excellent … newly renovated and very functional. Nick also furnished beach chairs and beach towels, which was nice. Would definitely use this condo again.

we had a really wonderful time in Nick's condo. He could not have been more helpful with our booking. All our requirements were met. Everything was provided, included all beach equipment necessary for a warm sunny day on the beach. The dolphins kept us entertained daily and the view from the condo balcony was spectacular. Watching the sunset every evening was so relaxing. Would recommend this property and would definitely stay again! Thank you Nick.

Owner's Cancellation Policy : ALL cancellations must be received in writing 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received after 90 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. Cancellations received after 60 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of one-half of your rent, and cancellations received after 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of your total rent, unless the unit is rented to another party during the same period. The minimum cancellation fee, under any circumstances, will be $100 and will be deducted from your security deposit.
