The primary bedroom boasts a spacious walk-in closet, nightstand, and dresser, providing ample storage and organization space. The primary ensuite bathroom is a retreat, featuring a large walk-in shower, a double sink vanity, and private toilet.

The other two guest rooms are equally well-appointed, with one with a queen bed and the other arranged as a den with queen sleeper sofa and SmartTV with cable. These two guest rooms share a bathroom, equipped with a combination bathtub/shower combo.

Living spaces are crafted for enjoyment and relaxation, featuring a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, SmartTV with cable and a dining area ideal for hosting meals or family game night.

The beautiful, open-plan kitchen boasts upgrades such as granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, an eating bar with barstools for casual dining, and updated appliances. Plenty of kitchen storage ensures a clutter-free cooking environment. Cookware, dinnerware and many kitchen tools and small electrical appliances are included.

You're just a short drive to the Fort Myers Beach bridge and the Sanibel Causeway - the gateway to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. A toll is required to cross the Causeway, no fee to return. The Fort Myers Beach Bridge is free. Excellent shelling and fishing available on the islands along with golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, parasailing, kite surfing, and bike riding - just a few of the activities available within a short distance of the condo. The Fort Myers Beach Park & Ride station is a short drive from the condo - no need to fight traffic at all, just take the Trolley to the beach!

In addition to the fantastic proximity to Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Majestic Palms is just a short car ride away from equally exciting destinations such as downtown Fort Myers Beach - including Times Square; the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers and Cape Coral.
