The rate you see advertised on our website is actually the total rate, except pet fee when applicable of course. There is no adding in hidden fees, extra charges for amenities, taxes, or service charges when you book with Teresa’s Beach Homes! The price you see is the price you pay.
Another difference is that we specialize in smaller beach homes. All of our homes are three or four bedroom beach homes perfect for smaller vacation groups. We have an excellent variety of homes to fit many needs for small families, friend groups, and solo travelers. Loved our stay at Saltwater! Having everything on one floor is a plus. The kitchen was very well appointed. Coffee in the morning while staring at that beautiful view was so so relaxing. Close proximity to The Trading Post and a couple of restaurants. We drove around the State Park one of the days and it was gorgeous. An amazing week at Saltwater! Look forward to returning in the future!

We stayed at this Saltwater house in July 2025—our second year renting it, which says a lot. We really love this place. It’s beautiful, well kept, and in a super convenient location for the beach and getting around.The pool is a highlight for us, and the new sun shade they added this year made a big difference—we used it even more because of that. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the layout works great for our group (family of three plus grandparents), with plenty of space to spread out.We’ve rented through Teresa’s for several years and they’re always great—clean homes and an easy process every time. The elevator is also a big plus, especially for luggage and grandparents.Only small downsides: we missed having indoor stairs for quick trips between floors, and the screened-in porch is a bit smaller than we’d prefer—we definitely missed larger, front-facing decks.Overall, another great stay and we’d absolutely come back.

Saltwater is an awesome place to make memories! Floor plan is great-all bedrooms on same floor with living areas. A perfect screened porch comfortable for coffee and playing games. Views are perfect because of all the windows! Outdoor shower and pool are a great place to cool off after a beach day! Elevator is a huge plus along with all the little extras the owners have added to this cozy beach home! We loved it so much we’ve booked it again for this August!
