Step out onto the patio and you'll find yourself drawn to the inviting plunge pool, perfectly positioned to enjoy serene views of the pond. Its not a regular rental It's a little slice of paradise where you can truly relax and recharge.

Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom 4200-square-foot home in gated community, occasionally rented, perfect for up to 10-12 guests (8 adults). On the 1st floor, you'll find a master bedroom with a Californian King bed, a private bathroom, and outdoor patio access. Additionally, there's a guest room with a queen bed and a bathroom, along with a spacious living room area, dining area, kitchen, 2 offices, powder room and the laundry room.

The 2nd floor boasts a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with bunk bed with 2 full mattresses, and a loft area with a couch, ping pong table, and TV. Stay active with our sports bike and yoga mats provided.

HOUSE RULES:

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM.

• TO ENSURE EVERYONE SAFETY, we'd like to kindly mention that our house, deck, and outdoor areas aren't specifically 'baby proof.' If you're visiting with young children please take necessary precautions and don't leave the kids without supervision. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's safety and well-being at all times: inside the house, outside the house, swimming pool, patio and surrounding areas.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the outdoor patio and backyard. There is a smoking fine of $500.

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be charged to you as additional payment request or from your security deposit (if booked from other platforms). Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• PHOTOSHOOT/VIDEO FILMING/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.
