Enjoy our fully equipped private 3 bedroom/2 bath beachside home with Screened Pool and separate Hot Tub. Your home away from home comes with all the comforts for your stay in a quiet, older neighborhood between the intercoastal waterway and the beach in Ormond-by-the-Sea.
We have tried to provide just about everything you might need for a comfortable stay--full kitchen & laundry, 2nd frig, comfortable beds, all linens including beach towels, gas grill, lots of beach equipment-folding chairs, umbrellas, wheeled cooler, bags, sand toys, boogie boards and more. You'll also enjoy the wireless internet, a 65 inch smart tv in living room plus 2 other 43 inch tvs --all with Roku, & video selection.
There are two very comfortable KING beds in MBR and 2nd bedroom, plus 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a writing desk. You'll also have a single garage for your car or your motorcycle and additional parking on driveway.
Our home is ideally situated: Publix grocery is just 2.5 miles with lots of great restaurants, shops, fun activities & services nearby. It's just a 5 minute walk to the uncrowded, no-drive OBS beach, or to the intercoastal to watch the sunset and see the wildlife swim by. Flagler is only 10 mins, 20 mins to Daytona Main Street, 25 mins to the Speedway, 45 mins to St. Augustine, and 70 mins to the Orlando amusement parks.
At least one adult must be 25yrs or older and reside at the home for the entire rental period.
Pets-please inquire. No smoking in the home (ok to smoke outside). Small trailer allowed but only with prior approval. Absolutely no subletting of any part of premises.

Monthly: Rates are for two persons. Rent deposit of $500 plus refundable security deposit of $495 ($600 for multi-month rentals) are required to be received within 5 days of making reservation to hold your time period. Balance due at least 70 days prior to date of arrival. Overnight Guest fees are per person/per night as follows: $15(non-event weeks), $75 (event weeks). Guest fees to be paid before guests arrive. Lessees must be present for entire period when guests stay overnight at the home for all rentals. No subletting allowed.
Allowance (paid by owner) for electric is $45/wk, and water is $13/wk. You only pay the amount over the allowances. Using pool heater may increase your share due for electric.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
Written cancellations must be received as follows:
70 days or more before check-in date----Full refund of the rental amount.
51-69 days before check-in date----85% refund of the rental amount.
32-50 days before check-in date----50% refund of the rental amount.
No refund of the rental amount if cancelled 31 or less days before check-in date.
Security deposit is refunded within 5-10 days after home is inspected, less any damage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you need is already there. Pool toys, beach supplies, gas grill, multiple TVs, comfortable beds, games, puzzles, dvds. I could go on. If you are looking for a getaway, and Ormond Beach area is your destination, don’t hesitate to book this property. Owners very responsive and easy to communicate with. Semi private beach area is a huge plus considering social distancing standards.

This home is very comfortable. It had everything we needed and was very close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We were able to walk to the beach each day..a short two blocks. The owners were so nice. We enjoyed our month stay.
