Perfect place to relax!!

This condo was perfect. We stayed in Tower 2, Unit 102. I have never stayed on the first floor before, but the convience of being able to walk down one flight of stairs when heading to the beach or to go out to eat was awesome. The elevators are pretty fast but there are only two. We loved being able to use the stairs. The first floor is elevated, so I was still able to sit on the balcony in the mornings, watch the waves, and enjoy my coffee. When I looked to the left and right of Long Beach Resort on the beach, I noticed how crowded people were on the beach everyday. The tents and chairs were 3-4 rows deep. This was during the 4th of July, but I am sure it is still pretty crowded from May-August. Long Beach Resort is spread out, with fewer units. We were not crowded at all. There was plenty of room everyday. There was never more than two rows of people in front of Long Beach. I was very thankful for this every morning when I watched everyone else running out to claim their spots at sunrise. The condo was very clean and updated. Our son slept on the pull out sofa bed. He is only 10, but had no complaints. Everything you need is in the kitchen. The balcony is large with doors in the living room and bedroom. I am very picky when it comes to cleaning, and I had no complaints at all. You will need to purchase toilet paper and paper towels, but all of that is disclosed in the emails you receive ahead of time. Our host was great and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. When we left, I accidentally left some of my son's clothes in a drawer. I thought I checked everything, but missed one drawer. They immediately sent a message, but we were already too far to go back and pick them up. I paid the shipping, and they were on my front porch in two days. I will definitely be renting from this company, and probably this unit, in the future.

Baseball and Beach Time

Great unit ~ everything was "as advertised". Awesome view and convenient access to the beach. Location was nice for local restaurants and the short trip to Publix Park to watch baseball!

Beach staycation

This condo has it all……almost. The location is great you are close to just about anything you would want to do, the pool is very nice and well kept, the grounds were clean and well kept, beach access was close and easy to use, the condo was very clean and well furnished, the view from the balcony beautiful and the shower had great pressure with very nice shower head. So you are reading this and wondering why it’s not a 5star right? Well the only thing that this condo is lacking is a new mattress. Both sides of the bed were pretty worn out support wise but just like any mattress the center was still ok but that doesn’t work for two people so we would start the day feeling run over. We contemplated cutting our stay short because of this but ended up staying because everything else was great.

Excellent

Our stay was great! We have always loved Long Beach for its ample amount of beach space. The room was excellent. It was very clean which we really appreciated! It was updated and styled well. We love the large balcony and the view is amazing. The host was kind and easy to work with! We would definitely stay again.

Our stay Long Beach Resort building 3-102 was outstanding!

The condo was excellent! It had everything we needed. The balcony had loungers plus table and chairs. The condo had just been remodeled, new appliances, fresh paint well worth the cost. Heated pool and hot tub was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking was a very easy.
