When the afternoon sun peaks, the open-concept living room with its queen sleeper sofa and large Smart TV becomes the cool retreat. And evenings belong to the master suite deck: that expansive Gulf view, the garden tub waiting inside, the whole family settled into their own corners of the home — king suite upstairs, queen with trundle down the hall, sofa for whoever needs it. This is what beach time is supposed to feel like.

The main level is spacious, light-filled, and impeccably finished — a custom kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a stylish buffet for extra storage, and a breakfast bar with three barstools opens into a dining area and generous living room with queen sleeper sofa and Smart TV, all flowing out to the large main deck with Polywood dining table, market umbrella, and gas grill. The queen guest bedroom with trundle and its own balcony is on this level, along with a full guest bath.

Area Information

This townhome is located in the gated, pet-friendly community of Barrier Dunes. The beach is pet-friendly as well. It is located just outside the gates to St Joseph Peninsula State Park. The park is a great place to explore and enjoy hiking trails, surrounded by St Joe Bay on three sides.

Barrier Dunes has 2 pools (One is direct beach front), 2 pickleball courts, 3 freshwater fishing ponds, playground, pet stations, boat washing and parking area, and boardwalks throughout
