Mornings at Gulf Coastin' start with the bay — coffee in hand on the guest suite balcony, watching the still water of St. Joe Bay catch the early light while the rest of the house slowly wakes up. By midmorning the group is loaded up from the stocked beach closet and making the 31-step trek to the Gulf, kids with buckets, dogs trotting ahead on the boardwalk. Afternoons drift between the surf, the community pool, and the gorgeous light-filled main level with its stylish open kitchen and big-windowed dining room. And when the sun begins its descent, the main deck and master balcony are the front-row seats for one of Cape San Blas's famously spectacular Gulf sunsets — Polywood chairs already waiting, gas grill already warm.
The main level is bright and thoughtfully appointed, with an up-to-date fully equipped kitchen featuring a large pantry, a stylish dining room with bay window, a spacious living room with sleeper sofa and Smart TV, a half bath, and a full-size washer and dryer — all opening out to the large Gulf-view deck with outdoor dining and Polywood seating.

The coastal-styled foyer entrance on the ground level — with hooks, bench, table, and closet — makes coming and going from the beach feel effortless.

This townhome is located in the gated, pet-friendly community of Barrier Dunes. The beach is pet-friendly as well. It is located just outside the gates to St Joseph Peninsula State Park. The park is a great place to explore and enjoy hiking trails, surrounded by St Joe Bay on three sides.
Barrier Dunes has 2 pools (One is direct beach front), 2 pickleball courts, 3 freshwater fishing ponds, playground, pet stations, boat washing and parking area, and boardwalks throughout

You can rent bikes, kayaks, SUPs and more from Scallop Cove or Happy Ours on the Cape. The Cape has 10 miles of bike paths.
If you need a few groceries or beach items, visit the Cape Trading Post or Scallop Cove (on the Cape). They also have great ice cream and fresh donuts, and Hunts Brothers pizza.
