Newly updated ocean front condo steps away from the beach. Condo is completely tiled and located on the 4th floor for convenient access. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, TV, a bay window overlooking the ocean, and patio access. Attached to the mater bedroom is a large master bath with a garden tub, walk-in shower, and a separate toilet area. The guest bathroom has a queen size bed, TV, armoire, and a large double closet. In the hallway, there is an extra twin size bed. The dining area has a large table that seats 6 and has a bar that seats 3. Kitchen is fully equipped for daily cooking needs. Comfortable den area also has a queen size sleeper sofa. Parking is located on the 3rd floor and is connected through a stairway accessible on the 4th floor. There is a sky bar located on the walkway on the 3rd floor. Elevator and stairwell is conveniently located outside of the door. Our condo sleeps 7.

Our condo is located about 3/4 of a mile away from Pier Park and is walking distance to the Lagoon Golf Course. There are several restaurants in the vicinity, and the location is about 10 miles from the airport.
The pool area has a tiki bar where you can purchase sandwiches and beverages throughout the day.
Across the street (access from the Sky Bar) is a kids' splash pool area with entertainment. There is a concession stand and a grilling area.

My family and I stayed at the Summit unit 209. We enjoyed every bit of it. I could not ask for better and cleaner place to stay! My 3 babies loved every minute of it, easy access to the beach and plenty of stuff for the kiddos to do which they did and loved it! I also want say I really appreciate the list the owner sent me with all kinds of places to eat and take kids!

My husband, mom, and two young children stayed in this condo for 5 days. There was ample space for everyone without running over each other, and we had all the amenities we could ask for. We cooked several meals in the condo using the pots, pans, and utensils that the condo had available. The view from the condo is absolutely incredible. My kids are 1 and 3, so having a low floor is the top priority and the view that came along with that definitely did not disappoint.There are certainly some negatives to be noted about this condo. There are some cleanliness issues - the couch is pretty dirty and the shower ceiling had mildew (master bath). There are also a lot of cosmetic issues. All of the walls could use a fresh coat of paint and some of the doors did not close easily. It seems to be a once-perfect condo that has received some neglect from its owners/management.All of that said, I would probably stay again, for the view and the low floor if nothing else. For us, the positives outweighed the negatives and our entire family had the best time.
