CristyThis was one of the most comfortable rentals we have ever stayed in from beds to couches to outdoor furniture. It is definitely an older population of individuals who live and stay here. Very few children. We rented Ebikes to get to the beach which was sketchy with one side of the bridge closed but definitely more doable with limited parking on AMI. Gated community, Although private, is a bit challenging to always remember your fob for every area. Park and Splash pad were not enticing for our 4 year old. Pool was great and warm during chillier February days. We enjoyed how close it was to major shops etc as well even outside of AMI and into Bradenton. We would stay here again potentially more in a later age of life, everyonewas very friendly. With a kiddo, we genuinely needed more to do! Jeff and his team are great and very respectful and responsive!

EricJeff and Shandra were very friendly and responsive. The Condo was beautifully decorated and had an amazing water view. The gated community location is great, very close to the beaches, and the neighborhood was peaceful, pristine, and very safe.

The views from our condo over the bay were out of this world and we would love to come back again. One of my favourite things to do in the morning was sit on the patio and just listen to and watch the birds perched on the mangrove trees. Outstanding

MariaWe were visiting the AMI area for 6 days and stayed here. We were 6 adults. Very nice accommodations and the host was very responsive and proactively reached out to be sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The condo had enough room for all of us and was comfortable. The views of the sound from the lanai were perfect and we spent much time out there as possible. Thanks again!

The property exceeded our very high expectations and the location was perfect for beach access- just far enough away to be quiet and yet close enough to make a couple of trips a day.
