An Upscale, West Indies decor vacation paradise: 'TOES IN THE~~WATER~~.' This sunny and light filled corner unit features three spacious bedrooms with three private baths, no tiny bunk rooms. The expansive windows face both the Gulf of Mexico and a western exposure to showcase gorgeous sunsets and miles and miles of beach front views.

Located on the outside corner of the Western Tower on the sixteenth floor. We love this unit because of the fabulous panoramic unobstructed beach and ocean views with magnificent sunsets! - directly on the Gulf, miles of beaches, sunsets, the new pier, Pier Park and even the Frank Brown ball fields. There is no pool, or street noise.... Very quiet! Best of all -- you don't have to deal with those pesky flying insects!

Quality appointments throughout including granite countertops in the kitchen, wet bar, and all bathrooms. There's a separate laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Recent upgrades for this season include new paint throughout, Stainless Steel Appliances in the kitchen, new area rugs, NEW ELECTRONICS: 43" Samsung LED Smart TV' with HDMI in Living Room, 43" 1080P Visio w/ HDMI in Master, 32" Vizio Smart TV with HDMI in front bedroom and FREE WI-FI in all rooms. We have also recently added new balcony furniture which features six heavy-duty, Polywood balcony height chairs, and tables - this allows you to see over the balcony railing for even more spectacular views. The dining area comfortably seats five with five bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The Master bedroom suite features a king size bed, sliding doorway to the balcony, television, large bathroom with walk-in closet, oversized soaking tub, separate shower, and private watercloset.

Bedroom #2 (almost a second master) features a King bed, wonderful Western exposure/ocean views, television, and connecting private bath with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a KING bed, television, and another connecting, full private bath with tub/shower.

There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

This Caribbean influenced resort is in the family friendly west end of Panama City Beach. Enjoy a tropical beverage from the resort's Tiki bar surrounded by the two Gulf front, lagoon style pools with tropical landscaping.

We also provide FREE BEACH SERVICE FOR FOUR GUESTS. That's 2 SETS of cushioned lounge chairs, with connecting table, and umbrella - a $560 value! (Avail. 3/15 - 10/31) Reserve your chairs once at the beginning of your vacation, from the nice staff at Aquatic Adventures, located just at the bottom of the steps to the beach. You will have the same chairs at the same place every day! (No need to stand in line every day, like at some resorts - it's your vacation, relax! Note: Beach Service lounge cushions and umbrellas are picked up between 4:30 - 5:00 p.m.

Rent directly from the owner and avoid long lines to check in after a long travel day. Park your car, go directly to your units and RELAX! -Singles under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian who must stay in the unit with them.

- Guest Registration at Calypso is $60 and includes parking for 1 vehicle (one time fee valid throughout your stay). This is paid to the HOA. Parking is in a gated garage connected by a breezeway on the 3rd floor. We can add a second pass for $60. We are limited to 2 passes, but if you need 3, please let us know. We also have a PREMIER, RESERVED SPOT available in the PRIVATE garage UNDER THE BUILDING for an additional fee. *Ask us about pricing!*

- The maximum occupancy for this unit is eight (8) guests per the PCB Fire Marshall.

- There is a video doorbell on the front door which captures video of the outside of the residence. We reserve the right to confirm the number of guests entering and exiting the unit.
