→ RESORT PRE-REGISTRATION: Will be a separate $70 RESORT FEE PLUS TAX PER RESERVATION. This will be paid directly to the Laketown Wharf Resort for wristbands and parking passes. A link will be sent to your cell phone a week before your arrival to complete the check in process.
→ Age Requirement - Reserving Guest must be at least 19 years old and be able to show valid I.D. upon check in.
→ 2 Car Max - Of Site parking available close by for a fee for more than two vehicles.
→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

AmandaGreat location lots to do at the condo so you really don’t even have to go anywhere else if you don’t want to. Walmart right across the street. Great restaurants on site. Heated pool wasn’t heated but otherwise great pools

AliciaOverall nice place to stay, but some improvements could be made. Positive: I thought the location was nice as it was right across from the beach. There were three different pools and one child pool that was available most of the trip. Parking was easy to get to.The room was nice, but there improvements or things that needed to be fixed. Negative: The two women at the front desk were not friendly at all. This was a 21-floor condo and when we went to check in (we were only on the 7th floor) there were not carts available, and they said there would be a wait of 30 minutes to an hour for a cart. We unfortunately had to carry all our luggage up three flights of stairs. When we finally got into our room, there was some kind of air freshener that was so overwhelming we had to put it into one of the cabinets. The main bedroom the door would not shut, the dresser was nice but in one of the drawers there was a screw that was sticking out that we had to make sure not to hit or we would have gotten cut. There were two bathrooms and in both there was a dispenser for soap, shampoo, and conditioner and they were both empty (we brought our own, but why is that in there if they aren't going to be filled?). The second bedroom had no dresser or closet to store your clothes. In the kitchen area the cabinet door under the sink was broke, the cabinet above the stove was covered in grease to where we didn't even store anything. One of the side tables in the living room wouldn't close and the TV stand had lights that we couldn't figure out how to turn off and were on the entire trip.I didn't read this anywhere but apparently you can't hang your towels on the balcony to dry them from being at the beach or the pool. I have no problem following the rules but again I didn't see this posted anywhere this wasn't allowed. There was a light show at the lake that we were told started at 8pm but apparently started earlier than that so we only saw a 3-minute light show until our last night. For the last three days of our trip one of the pools were shutdown, not sure why.

MicheleWe love staying here! Beautiful place and love how decorative it was very nicely put together. Loved that the kitchen had everything that was needed to cook with not just a few mitch match pots and pans but as it would be at home everything ! Excellent choice from patio furniture to bathroom etc . Very friendly staff an amenities on the property , would definitely recommend this listing to anyone would wants to feel like their on a vacation away from home ! We loved it here an will definitely be coming back again soon !
