The premier Corner Unit in the West Tower at Calypso. We are in Tower II (West) DIRECTLY on the beach. (Tower 3 is across the street, make sure you check!) We are not a management company, we own our units and vacation here too. So you can rest assured that we continually update and maintain our units at the highest level for you, our valued guests.
'KNEE DEEP IN THE~WATER~' - is an upscale, West Indies decor vacation paradise. This sunny and light filled corner unit features quality Tommy Bahama furnishings - three spacious bedrooms with king beds and (3) three PRIVATE baths, no tiny bunk rooms. The expansive windows face both the Gulf of Mexico and a western exposure to showcase gorgeous sunsets and miles and miles of beachfront views.
Located on (11TH) eleventh floor on the outside corner of the Western Tower. We love this unit because of the fabulous panoramic, unobstructed beach and ocean views for miles in either direction, with magnificent sunsets! - directly on the Gulf, miles of beaches, sunsets, the City Pier, Pier Park, and even the Frank Brown ball fields.
This Platinum rated unit - features high-end, quality appointments throughout - including upscale furniture, granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and wet bar. There's a separate laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

In the Living Room, we've just added a new 40' HD/Smart TV with direct access to Netflix HD, YouTube and others. There is also a combination DVD/VHS player in the Living Room - be sure to bring your 'old school' VHS family movies or childhood favorites to enjoy again.
The dining area comfortably seats six with three bar stools at the breakfast bar. The large dining table can accommodate a wonderful meal or place for games!
The Master bedroom suite features a king size bed, sliding doorway to the balcony, television, DVD Player, large bathroom with walk-in closet, oversized soaking tub, separate shower, and private water closet.
Bedroom #2 (almost a second master) features a King bed, wonderful Western exposure/ocean views, television, DVD player, and connecting private bath with walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 includes a third KING sized bed, television, DVD Player, and another connecting, full private bath with tub/shower.
There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
We have also recently added new balcony furniture which features six heavy-duty, Polywood, balcony height chairs, and tables - this allows you to see over the balcony railing for even more spectacular views. Check out our photos!
We also provide FREE BEACH SERVICE FOR FOUR GUESTS. That's 2 SETS of cushioned lounge chairs, with connecting table, and umbrella - a $560 value! (Avail. 3/15 - 10/31) Reserve your chairs once at the beginning of your vacation, from the nice staff at Aquatic Adventures, located just at the bottom of the steps to the beach. You will have the same chairs at the same place every day. (No need to stand in line every day, like at some resorts - it's your vacation, relax! Note: Beach Service lounge cushions and umbrellas are picked up between 4:30 - 5:00 p.m.
This Caribbean influenced resort is in the family-friendly west end of Panama City Beach. Enjoy a tropical beverage from the resort's Tiki bar, surrounded by the two Gulf front, lagoon style pools with tropical landscaping.
You will be renting directly from the owner. This allows you to avoid long lines to check in at the front desk after a long travel day! Park your car, go directly to your unit and RELAX! We encourage our renters to call us directly with any questions or needs to ensure a wonderful, relaxing, stress-free vacation experience. We want this to be one of your best vacations - EVER!

-This is a NO PETS / NON-SMOKING property, no smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
-Singles under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian who must stay in the unit with them.
- Guest Registration at Calypso is $60 and includes parking for 1 vehicle (one time fee valid throughout your stay). This is paid to the HOA. Parking is in a gated garage connected by a breezeway on the 3rd floor. We can add a second pass for $60. We are limited to 2 passes, but if you need 3, please let us know. We also have a PREMIER, RESERVED SPOT available in the PRIVATE garage UNDER THE BUILDING for an additional fee. *Ask us about pricing!*
- The maximum occupancy for this unit is eight (8) guests per the PCB Fire Marshall.
- There is a video doorbell on the front door which captures video of the outside of the residence. We reserve the right to confirm the number of guests entering and exiting the unit.

Our family of six enjoyed our visit to Calypso 1109W. The location was perfect for us that it was walkable to both the fishing pier and Pier Park. The condo was equipped as advertised and the owner was very accessible for questions we had during our stay. Being an end unit provided lots of views from the living room and the two main bedrooms. I would stay there again, and I recommend this unit for others looking for a three-bedroom unit. The only thing we missed was not having HOA provided umbrellas at the pools. But having four loungers and two umbrella provided on the beach was a big plus.

Rooms were vary clean. Wonderful views. Large pools 1 was heated. With in walking distance to food. Shopping. Entertainment.. A faucet started leaking made 1 phone call .and someone replaced it the next day .that's service when you need it...

This was our first time being gone during the winter for 2 months. The location of this condo is wonderful. It is close to the stores that we need to shop at for supplies as well as some wonderful restaurants. Also close to what became some of our favorite watering holes. We can not say enough about Rachel Brannon and how she helped us through this. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Rachel, she was an extreme pleasure to work with. The view from this condo is wonderful and entertaining. The only item that we know is hard for Rachel to control was the cleaning service. We were a little disappointed with that. But not to the point that it was a problem. We spoke to others in different units and they had some of the same concerns. So, it depends are what independent cleaning service your owner has and apparently they are hard to find. We will definitely be back!!! We love our experience with Rachel and the Calypso!!!

Raja R.One month of extremely comfortable condo stay for snow birds from Canada
We are two retired couples. We found this condo place through internet search. Everything in the unit is exactly as described here. No surprises. The condo is spacious, airy, bright & clean; the utensils are extensive & the beach equipment including towels extensive (we did not use this as January was not suitable for this). The view from the balcony was spectacular. The building is well maintained and we found the occupants of nearby rooms very friendly. The gym was adequate. Overall our experience was very satisfying and if an occassion arises, we would rent this again. Last but not least, we found that Rachel, the owner, dealt with us very professionally throughout. We also received our refund promptly.

This condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of room and lots of extras! Rachel was very fast to respond and very accommodating. The view is phenomenal, the location is so great that we hardly moved our cars. Everything is so close. There is even a third tower being built across the street and we barely even noticed. Lots of extra beach towels and toys for our use. We hope to come back to this same unit next year.
