: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.

We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.

We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

Why this property?

All of the villas we list on Florida Rentals have been personally vetted by us and we can assure you that they all have luxury furnishings and are in a great locations on some of Orlando's best resorts.

Your villa has it's own private pool, luxury furnishings, lounge with large screen TV, fully air conditioned throughout, WiFi internet access, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and washing/drying facilities.

Before your arrival the villa will have a deep clean and full sanitization. You can be rest assured it will be spotlessly clean.

Please be assured the villa you select will be the one that you are renting.

We employ a local management company to take care of each villa and they are available 24/7 to deal with any questions/issues during your visit to the villa.
