AnaSteve's place is really nice. It has everything you may need to have a great time. Very clean, very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable beds. Lots of games, ping pong table in the garage is a fun plus! Great chairs and umbrellas, very well maintained!We had a great time! Steve was very flexible so we could arrive a little earlier and live a little later. Communication with him was great too.Thank you so much! Looking forward to come back!

LauraThis home was clean and comfortable and Steve was quick to respond to the few questions we had . The beach and restaurants were an easy walk away. There were ants in the kitchen and he got pest control out very quickly. We continued to see them up to check-out but we were understanding as that often takes time to get rid of them. It was almost impossible to spend time sitting outside on the decks as the sand fleas were fierce! The beds were comfortable, although on the softer side and the whole unit was very clean. The bathrooms are lacking hooks or towel bars to hang towels and had to be hung on doorknobs to dry and there was no place to hang them close by when getting out of the shower. The shower/toilet are separated with a door from the sink area but the sink area is open to the bedroom - no door to the bedroom. If one goes to bed before the other it was disturbing having to turn the light on. Aside from those issues, it was nice place and would consider staying again.

TuyetSpacious and clean! The home is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street up against the canal. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed. The bedrooms are clean and were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was appreciated. They had a pack and play which was definitely needed for our little toddler. Steve was very communicative and helpful. The home was also stocked with all the beach things you need. Close to awesome restaurants and walkable to the beach. We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend in IRB!

DawnWe had a great stay at Steve and Sherrall's place in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location - right on the canal and a very short walk to the beach. My two young boys loved it, and spent a great deal of time fishing off the dock. The hosts were also very responsive and gracious. Just exactly what we had hoped for!

JessicaSteve’s place was amazing! It had everything! The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything that we needed, plus more! The scooters, kayaks, fishing poles, ping pong table and corn hole kept the kids busy all vacation. Also, just a few blocks from everything, you can walk to the beach and dinner. The bird sanctuary behind us was super cool. A crane actually stopped by and ate the fish that we caught right off the dock. I would highly recommend Steve’s place and we will definitely be back! Steve was a super host!

KallieWe had a great stay! First and foremost, the home was extremely clean and in great condition, as well as beds super comfortable. I also loved that a lot of the products used in the house were clean/organic products. Hosts are super helpful and responsive! Answered any questions we had right away. We had our two toddlers (two and four) and the walk to the beach was a breeze! About a 5 min walk and great, very safe area with not much traffic being the house is on a dead end. So glad we found this place and would definitely return!

EmilyWe had a wonderful stay - beautiful, brand new condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable! On ground level is a large garage with ping pong table and plenty of beach chairs. Up a set of stairs is the living area with TV, kitchen with all cooking essentials, dining area, half-bath, and 2 balconies. The perfect amount of indoor and outdoor space for a family of 4. Up another set of stairs is 2 bedrooms - the primary with king bed and bathroom with shower and double vanity, another bedroom has a king bed and tub/shower. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of TP and towels. Check in was a breeze and hosts were very responsive and friendly. Only caution is if stairs are difficult for you. Otherwise would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

HansOnce in awhile, you will find a true gem in a location we always liked. Steve's space is everything as described. A big one for us was our "child" pet dog Logan, who could accompany us to his place . The place is ideal for a pet, since its at the end of a street with very little activity . The boat access dock is also really nice, in case you wanted to rent a boat locally. In short, looking forward going back next year !!

Steve was very responsive and quickly found a solution for us when something came up and provided great recommendations of nearby restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary at Beauty and the Beach 2 and we couldn't have been more pleased. The environment was quiet, though also close to so many wonderful restaurants, shops, and of course the beach. We fished off the dock and caught a large sheepshead (catch and release), relaxed in the clean well equipped accommodations, had awesome food at nearby restaurants, spent a day at John's Pass... Our 5 days went so fast, we are planning to return to visit and create even more lasting memories.

TylerGreat place to stay with the family! Inside is brand new clean and beautiful! Steve was very welcoming and answered any questions we had! The dock was very nice I was able to dock my boat there for 3 days with no issues and no theft. Will definitely be coming back again soon!
