Beautifully restored tiny home located near Disney World

A quiet, peaceful home located in the center of a scenic RV resort. It is shaped like a tiny home, but the design of the interior makes it feel spacious.
Upon opening the sliding glass door, there is a living room complete with an electric fireplace and big screen television. There is a full kitchen including a dinner bar with three stools, new residential refrigerator and propane gas stove, large capacity microwave, and even a sink mounted dishwasher. The designer also included a combination washer/dryer!!
The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with adjustable base and a wall-mounted 4K television.
For children (or adults), there is a spacious loft providing room for gaming or storage for luggage.
Enjoy outdoor dining on a beautiful semi-private porch.
The home is perfectly located near the heated pool and across from the billiard room and camp library.

The park offers activities such as pickleball, shuffleboard, basketball and horseshoes, even a challenging miniature golf course. Of course, these are centered around a large, heated swimming pool. Take part in a water aerobics session or just relax in one of the plentiful lounge chairs.

Unique Benefits

We're a retired military couple. We made a reservation at Kissimmee South RV Park and never left!! We decided to buy one of the available houses as an investment. Lara is a fantastic interior designer and used her skills to update just about everything ... including a dishwasher that's located inside the sink!!

We're very friendly folks and want anyone that stays with us to have as good a time as they possibly can. We know you'll love the park, the people, and the convenient location.

Inside Scoop

Leave Early! Try to adjust to early days to enjoy the parks and fun things around Disney. Florida is still trying to catch up with the growth and their are a ton more cars on the road. What used to take us 15 min can now take 45min to one hour. That is just about the whole stated. Please avoid any impatient drivers.
buy your Disney Merch at Walmart and Target. It will save you so much money.
Florida is a very military/senior friendly state. Be sure to ask for discounts EVERYWHERE you go. The Outlets here give military discounts!
