This 1400 plus sq ft condo includes 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths, granite counter, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer 2 car garage and additional parking in front of our condo.

The layout is ideal. Large center living room, dining room and kitchen. Bedrooms off to either side of the center. TVs in bedrooms. Bathrooms off bedrooms. Double car garage, bikes, grill, floats for the pool. Very tasteful decor. Outside lanai's with very nice furniture. Owners are gracious and kind. The community layout is outstanding. Great pools that have a resort feel. Tiki hut with good bar food and adult drinks and moderate prices. Service is exceptional at "the hut". There are music nights and, in the Pub, there are beautiful pools tables (show up Tue or Fri morning and you get to play with people who enjoy the game). Many more distractions like Tennis, pickle ball, card games. You have a short walk to a brewery and 15 minutes to Ft. Myers airport.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much! It’s beautifully furnished and in a wonderful private community. We especially enjoyed the pool and walking around the ponds. The location is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and local sights. Highly recommend a visit to the Babcock Ranch eco tour for a look at native wildlife and habitat. We also loved the Edison Ford Museum and of course Manatee Park. It’s nice to have things to do along with the beaches and pool, especially with family and visitors.Scott and Brenda are very personable and responsive to any needs or questions you may have, which we really appreciated.
