This casita townhome featuring two spacious bedrooms and two and half baths in the luxury resort of Paseo in Fort Myers, FL. This townhouse is move in ready, so just bring your swimwear and sunglasses! Look no further as this unit has it all. Want that cozy feel but still get the luxuries of a resort? We got it! Step right in and not fret as there is a fully functional kitchen including utensils, coffee maker, toast oven, and grill. Get cozy with fresh linens and towels. And don't forget to kick up your feet and relax with free Wi-Fi and cable. This unit is equipped with all the luxuries to ensure a peaceful and relaxing vacation as your home away from home.

Paseo is the recipient of the Community of the Year award for 9 years running. With a state of the art Village Center featuring a Caribbean style free form pool surrounded by a beautifully furnished sundeck including private cabanas, waterfalls, lush landscaping and tiki bar. At the village center you will find a 4,000 sq. ft. fully equipped fitness center with brand new cardio equipment, free weights, and a Pilates/Aerobics studio. The community center also includes a Movie Theater, an Ice Cream Parlor, an Internet Café and Coffee Shop, a Pub and Bistro, as well as a Luxurious Spa.

NOTE that Paseo requires each guest over the age of 18 to pass a background check and a simple short term lease contract. The cost is $100 covering all guests over 18. All applicants over the age of 18 can be included on a single application. The HOA has a 30 day turnaround time for background checks and HOA board approval. Background checks must be in place prior to rental start date. Be sure to allow for at least 30 days lead time in your planning timeline to get background check completed and HOA board approval.

Also note that in season (November through April) this unit rents from 1st of the month through the end of the month. For the remainder of the year, rental periods may start mid month but must be at least 30 days, per Paseo guidelines.
