→ RESORT PRE-REGISTRATION: Will be a separate $75 RESORT FEE PLUS TAX PER RESERVATION. This will be paid directly to the Laketown Wharf Resort for wristbands and parking passes. A link will be sent to your cell phone a week before your arrival to complete the check in process.
→ Age Requirement - Reserving Guest must be at least 18 years old and be able to show valid I.D. upon check in.
→ DAMAGE WAIVER: There is $1,500 of accidental damage coverage included per reservation provided by Safely Insurance!

KristiHost was very friendly and responsive. Condo was very well kept, felt at home as soon as we walked in and the view from the private balcony was amazing! My family asked if we could get the same place if we visit there again!

MariaThe apartment was perfect. Exactly as the pictures. The host was very attentive and friendly. Very spacious apartment and nice ocean view. The bunk beds were great for our 7 & 9 years old kids. The building management works very fast. We had a door handle broken and it got repaired in less than 3 hours which we thought was pretty amazing! All elevators were all working and the wait was less than 2 mins. It took about 5-7mins to walk to the beach. The restaurant across from the building “Pineapple Willis” was perfect for us: price, quality, food size and fast service. Our kids loved it. We went everyday during our stay. Unfortunately the gym was not working which was a big reason why we picked this condo. We had a rainy morning and took the kids to “wonderworks” which was about 1 mile away and spent over 3 hours there. It was worth every penny for the kids loved it. The location is 20 mins away to Pier Park which is great to go for a walk/dessert and 15 mins to St Andrew’s Park beach.

ChristianWe are already planning our next trip. We had the best time at this location. 4 pools, beach access, and great services right on the property. Valeriya was a great host and responded very quickly. Absolutely amazing stay!

TynekaWe had such a wonderful stay here! The place was cute, cozy, and very comfortable—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beach access was absolutely perfect, just steps away, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. Everything was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully decorated, giving it a warm and inviting feel. The location couldn’t be better for exploring Panama City Beach, but honestly, we loved just staying close and soaking up the beach vibes. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
